Until someone is held to account for the very suspect decision to proceed with the UCLN (including possible criminal proceedings) then the company cannot prove that it is ready to play in the big leagues. A director's legal responsibility is to "To act in a way the director considers (in good faith) is most likely to promote the success of the company for the benefit of its members as a whole (or, if relevant, other purposes specified in the constitution))". That the RNS makes out that it was only market sentiment that stopped this from progressing is crass and disingenuous. I'm holding until I make a decent profit, but this isn't a multi year hold for me until the board sort themselves out. End of rant.

I though that this time last year - before the RTO and the screw up with the UCLN.....I won't now underestimate the ability of this BoD to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. They have form.

Disappointment is rising this down from 3 to 0.35.........this is not the worst day by a very very long chalk. I would have given my eye teeth for a day like this not even a few months ago.

Much as I hate to quote Doc Holiday - I guess this is a prime example of ‘knowing the game’. I’m in AIM for the nice 80% spikes that I (albeit very small change) benefitted from this morning . The Wild Westness of AIM allows for exciting wins and equally exciting losses and part of that is MMs playing fast and loose. I won’t tell you how much I lost in XTR but let’s just say I’ll be working a bit longer until retirement. One step up from the horses.

I know I'm probably being wildly optimistic here, but this looks like it could be a harsh slam down by the MMs to suck up the last of the nervous holders/stop losses, taking advantage of a lack of 0700 RNS before news does finally drop this week.

Slightly unusual pattern this morning - not the normal tranche of sells first thing that I would have expected with no RNS. Coupled with a couple of de-rampers suddenly appearing on ADVFN last night.........are we due intra day news?

We've had consistent 10% drops day on day not so long ago - wake me up when this is serious. There's a filter button as well - I use mine to reduce annoying background noise.
