Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Looks like it could be a new contract below RNS value. They mentioned a gene purification contract in the RNS of 7th July but that was with a "top ten pharmaceutical company". Bio-Works looks like a MCAP of approx £20m, so not them.
There's a lot of 'em out there, which one is he?
This share has certainly attracted some fruit-loop rampers/derapmpers, especially on advfn.... it does make you wonder
Or it is automated trading which just hasn't been 'labelled' correctly?
Highs and hype never go together well in investing....
RNS on a saturday? How long have you been doing this for?
Has just been updated on the APTA website: https://aptamergroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/
Very surprising that more shares have not moved on from JIM Nominees Ltd which is Turner Poop's holding company.
No individual registrations at the moment for either Nic Slater or Dr Adam Hargreaves.
Ever heard of the "close period" by any chance jona/bigruss/petroinvestor????
Unlikely, proven buyers at 1.1p and anything below
You turned into nostradamus bigruss?
"No idea who bigruss is" amazing coincidence that your posts are identical with him on advfn. Amazing, one for the record books!
So just another of your ADVFN pump and dump buddies then?
Where are you quoting this from Bigruss? "only needs one of 5 deals to land to see 4p"??? another one of your alter egos?
A more serious look at what to expect:
1) Obviously details of the yr end to 30th June 23 of which we are aware income will be £1.75m. Losses we aren't so sure, likely in the region of at least £3m.
2) Updates on contracts since last RNS update 17.08.23 . 4th July stated £2.2m pipeline with 30 discreet contracts. Two RNS's since have detailed 6 contracts @ £726k total. Most contracts are below RNS value by themselves.
3) Update on restructuring (basically job reductions) "This reset of the cost base is expected to be completed by the end of September 2023 with a reduction in operational headcount to the level required to meet forecasted revenues over the next several years" RNS 31st July 23.
4) Any other operational/contract progress.
"3 if the bod didn't think it was posable why issue this RNS yesterday"
It was part of the restructing detailed in the RNS on 31st July you plonker...
Cool, from the RNS 31st July
"Under the revised strategy, the Company's focus will be on developing the core fee-for-service revenues to achieve profitability"
with licencing opportunities coming up in around 50% of their contracts, sooner or later one of their clients products is going to hit the market with an associated financial bonus for APTA.
Yeah Cool, his wreckless gambling didn't only trash companies he was on the Board of. I suspect the it was the hollow DVRG 'orders' that caused the "pipeline" here to drop from £11.7m down to £2.2m.
I also strongly suspect that DVRG got APTA to 'invest' it's own resources into developing the optimers for the Covid testing kit, which is likely why APTA are now a strictly 'cash upfront' company now.
Exactly HH. And with the big issue that crashed this share (DVRG/Gerry Brandon) having been cleansed from the decks, the chances of a genuine recovery are really high.
News will be everything, and I'm expecting contract updates with the finals coming in a week or so.
"I pulled out of the stock with profits which was then on a high"
Caught lying like a muppet:

An excellent share at a carp price well worth a long term lockaway."
And just to give some context to the share options, at float Dr Tolley owned over 80% of APTA. Even if he gets the share price back up to 50p to claim every option possible, he'll end up with max around 15% of APTA.
Nobody did well out of the last 18 months' debacle.
