Bill just had confirmation of my holdings have been consolidated 10 to 1 & now held as Bradda Head Holdings but there is currently now trading platform for these shares this is from the share centre I do have another account to check.

Director loans to the company 2 million + interest 5% pa + not to sure of bank loans , if staplehurst get planning the land will be worth a lot more, 23+ houses to be built 300k to 500k per house + upto another 30 houses after 1st phase got to be a lot more than the current market cap maybe 8 to 10 million 7 to 8p per share just guessing :)

Haven't looked to closely at the accounts they only had 200k cash last rns, guess this has gone up a bit or will do once sales are completed ,they do have assets but also debts/loans to pay but we are meant to be in a growth phase, if we were a takeover target ? well lets see in the future. 9p will require a 11 or 12 bagger from here or 17 million market cap not sure were to compare a fair value for our market cap compare to a similar company anyone ?

Sounds good hope we see hear more good news soon staplehurst for one or any other future medium sized projects will do to keep them busy & cash coming in.

Need some news to get this rising I would like to know whats going to happen to the staplehurst site I can't believe in this day & age no planning will be permitted , were I live in hampshire there is a house building boom everywere nothing seems to be turned down.

Any views on this share seems to be a good buy for dividends + the special dividend of 3p coming soon seems to good to be true at this price ?

Hope they get the 2 peal cottages sold for asking price 500k+ each £1 million back how much profit will they make on these would hope they do make a profit no more if buts or maybes or bust contractors or directors buying out unsold properties just buy the land, make the properties & sell. Remember 2016 back to profitability promised ! hope so can't be much cash left in the bank!

No news or bad news doesn't help the share price or spread, I was in here for a few years & the spread was very poor although trying a buy or sell would reveal the real spread glad to be out at a nice profit just wish I could make a nice exit on all off my other shares & leave this corrupt game of Aims once & for all LOL (don't think I would like the gamble to much) Good Luck Arfur

Something must be going on going back up volume high today any news ? Is it a build up to half year results in december ? or broker valuation of 2p Allenby capital would be good to get some money back!
