Does anyone know how many shares are actually trading at the moment?

Does everyone really think the PR company is doing a bad job OR have their wings been cut and they are only reporting what they have been told to report. All PR has to go through the RIGHT channels and has to be authorised. If you can manipulate the share price, then a PR company is childs play! IMHO

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit! Do we have any outstanding loans? If so how much and to whom? Simple questions. If anyone knows the answers, fantastic, if not, I don't need any snide comments about x's and numbers and where to look. I am fully aware of where to look, but instead of wading through everything I actually thought some of the more knowledgeable PIs might have that info to hand. More fool me.

Does anyone know? Do we still as, I think, owe x millions to a company we took a loan from?

Thanks Eddie, Sheps please don't go on about Tracyfried. All you are doing is giving him or her air time. Enough said! Can anyone verify that there is an outstanding debt of x millions to another company, and that is one of the reasons we went to the 'cornerstone' investors for the placement?

Do you not think, by going to the board and not a bank, just so we didn't have to pay the previous loan, has done us a great deal of harm? Not only with the people that lent us the money but in general. We not only still have to pay this money back but the shares given to the board for the funds has killed the share price!

1 share to every 30? We are doomed! That means 1 share will be worth £1.09. If the big boys don't come to play then it will go down badly, maybe they plan on giving the board even more shares to bring it down. If the big Institutions don't take note and see what a good company this is we are doomed. Synical ? Why not, this share, if it hadn't been diluted by all the shares given to the board, could have been 30-40 or even 50 p already with everything in place before production.

I could not have put it better myself, Cowhand and Tubs have both hit the nail directly on the head! Saying that we are consolidating after they issued so many shares to members of the board is a load of BS!! Alberto has already devalued the company by issuing so many shares instead of offering a percentage of the copper to be extracted. The PIs who have been in this for over 5yrs have been well and truly shafted. Unfortunately having to wait for it to be viable to leave, or hope that the extra exploration can extend the life of the mine to a point where we as shareholders can actually benefit from the spineless and ill advised CEOs that we've had recently.

Harry will be there too, on behalf of Kefi. Wish I was going, so I could ask his thoughts on Emeds antics, especially as he must still be a shareholder.

Love the way when news was delivered yest. SP immediately went down to 3.50 before going up to 4 by close. So whoever is in the mix and has RNS info before it is published can sell early to keep SP suppressed. The only way this SP going up is if Harry comes back and is in charge of PR and the TRIFFIDS and associated companies are out! And oh yes pigs winging their way to sunny climes!

They have told us NOTHING of note!!!!

At last!! I am amazed that most on this blog have some sort of intelligence, but it has taken some time for at least one person to realise that we are sitting ducks. When we should be considerably higher, we have been consistently manipulated to the position we are currently for the sole purpose of one thing only a TAKE-OVER! At the cheapest price possible!! By whom, I don't know exactly, but I have a good idea. When are the rest of you going to see this and try to do something about it?

It's nice to see that people are now coming around to my way of thinking. In the fact that, although AL is a fantastic production manager who has done a hell of a lot for this company, he is being used and is just a puppet! Also as for the share price climbing fractionally do they think people are that naive! All they want is for the PIs to heel at the meeting. Even after the disgusting offer to us, you could still obtain Emed shares at the same price on the open market !! More to the point what did the OTHERS get them for?!?! 'LET'S RAISE IT A BIT SO THEY CAN'T MOAN AT THE MEETING, AND WE CAN SAY, SEE IT'S GONE UP SINCE WE OFERED YOU THAT FANTASTIC PRICE' Thank God I can't attend the meeting, we've been hung out to dry. Slowly but surely people are beginning to realise this. I just pray and hope that the people who are able to attend have some balloons and will ask the questions that should be asked of AL and Triffids rep Leach ect. and don't just wimper in a corner like they did last time. I am one of those very few with over 2 miilion shares and WILL NOT give them up lightly. I've had them for over 5 years if not longer, so for 2 mil or 2 thousand or 200 hundred I hope you crucify them at the meeting and ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS ! Good Luck

Or should I call you Mr. Richard Head? You must have me mixed up with someone else, I've never said Emed will run out of money. Obtaining money for this venture has never been in doubt whoever was to invest in it, be it banks or major shareholders. Voicing my concerns about how they have obtained the finance is certainly not de-ramping. Alberto has done tremendously well to get to this stage, but like he said himself in the last AGM he is a production man and he is damn good at it. CEO...........? I personally have way too much money in Emed and have believed in the company for years so de-ramping is not in my interest. However The Triffids do concern me with their track record and I would imagine their end plan would be to T/O the company. Whether they could or not, I'm not sure. Depends on what they offer and if people will accept it. GLA
