The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Scot126 I’m 100% happy to be wrong this time!
Thanks COMEDY01. Looking at the precise locations I see that Theta West and Alkaid are just outside the National Park boundary too. Hopefully (at least from a PANR perspective) there won’t be further pressure on drilling activity.
Am I right to assume that this will apply to PANR and presents an additional risk to getting oil out of the ground? I’d be glad to be wrong.

Good stuff - ramping up the PR today and news that will encourage more investors...
Same here - good to see the company doing the PR rounds to highlight how undervalued this company is.
So much room for the MC to grow. Accept that the company will need to show how it can realise the value of all that oil, but can only be positive to get more people watching and interested in developments surely?
If Man City are still at Elland Road then we’re probably waiting for Leeds Utd to come and kick us out so they can play a match. Although using this analogy, if they pay us 10p a share to get back to Maine Rd that would be pretty handy :)
Seems like it was well worth waiting those extra few hours... haha
Now I’ll go and meditate and see if I can last 14 years like HFB ;)
Thanks for that Charlie, all good points and you’re right that I should have spotted the dilution too (new to this game so still finding my feet!)
With the way copper is moving and going to be in higher demand, it sounds like it’s definitely worth my while doing some more research and possibly investing.
High risk, high reward.
Cheers again and good luck!
The first thing I was told about investing was that patience wins the long game.
I’ve only been in BOIL for a couple of weeks and mine is being tested!

Morning All, new to this board but I was reading some of the comments and doing a bit of research last night, and wondered what everyone thought of the current MC?
I can see it basically halved around the time of the mess in January, which will have also damaged faith in the leadership. I understand there are also licensing issues that need to be sorted (holes in my current knowledge here to be fair).
But... what has changed in the business / assets since January? Is ARS still in pretty much the same position as it was then, in which case is there an argument that the MC might very well ‘belong’ back up where it was at the beginning of Jan, with potential for even better news if the licensing issues are sorted or a bigger player comes in?
I’m no expert on ARS... just wondering what everyone thinks of its chances!
From my perspective the ramping and de-ramping provides some light hearted entertainment, whilst in between there are some really useful comments that might lead me to look at or research certain bits of info.
I suppose the key message is to do your own research and make your own judgements - we can still have a bit of fun with the comments though!
Seeing as though this is my first ever investment of any kind, it’s been a hell of a journey in just a week or so!
Thanks to everyone for their useful insights and links to useful research info - it really is appreciated.
I’ve learnt what a multi-bagger is this week... now I just want to see a real live one for myself ;)
As long as I beat what my cash ISA was giving me, I’ll be happy.
I’m very, very easily pleased haha
Got into this as my first ever trade at yesterday’s opening, after a mate provided me with lots of background company info and details of the geopolitical history and all that jazz. Obviously, thanks to for some of the great insights in here!
To cut a long story short, it seems like I’m going to owe him a beer?
I just need to keep a cool head and treat this like the long term investment I intended it to be!
