thanks for the update jamie
manganese x energy announced during the week, that they are in the process of acquiring another manganese mine in North America. Woodstock was not mentioned specifically, but it is a neighbouring mine to the one manganese x energy currently own. Further details are to announced within one month. Even if Woodstock is not the mine in question at least there is renewed interest in the manganese sector .
If as graphite tech suggests that the company could be split 3 ways, via dalradian shares, a lone manganese identity, and possibly xag, pennines, moate, buchans/lundberg amalamation. I would still hold dalradian 12/18 months, hold woodstock and possibly sell the amalgamated entity unless it was to include angelesy mining??
i think that valuation is for the plymouth deposit at woodstock only. As far as I remember the PEA study did not include the hartford north and hartford south deposits. I am open to correction but i think im right.
more buys than sells and down over 15%. not the first time either.
Thanks weissy. Im looking forward to hearing from anglesey in the near future, a few of these amalgamation suggestions are starting to add up. The delay in the scoping study at parys mountain shouldnt take much longer and it seems a very valueable project. I think minco board learned a lot of hard lessons when they were jv partners with xstrata at Pallas Green, were they were bullied more or less by the bigger partner. With the crossover off board members at minco and angelsey, it seems there are mutual benefits for both organisations.
Im beginning to think there is a lot of validity to these amalgamation rumours
dalradian deal imminent
Promising, but nothing likely to happen in the immediate term.
There is a little speculation on the Anglesea Mining thread, about the possibility of a collberation or amalgamation of sorts, between minco and Anglesea mining. Both companies share a number of directors, a poster, graphite tech, was in touch with Danesh Varmah, regarding the delayed scoping study and feasibility study from Parys Mountain. In their conversation Varmah hinted at some deals going on behind the scenes regarding Minco. Early march was predicted for the next rns. I know a lot of what you read on here, you can take with a pinch of salt, but on the Anglesea Mining bb, Graphite Tech seems to be very well thought off and views respected by the vast majority of the other contributers.
I just dont see where news is likely to come from in the immediate term. There has been no info from pennines in probably two years, we have been told woodstock is on the long finger, xtierra is on life support, prehaps buchans will have an update at some stage or moate but i dont see either having any signifigant impact on the sp. Dalradian is currently the most likely project to give us a boost, but I dont see dalradian in any rush to do a deal, unfortunately.
I thought we were to hear news from lundberg/buchans project in December. So far nothing yet. Hard to see any major developments at Xtierra, pennines, woodstock any time soon. Only Dalradian likely to have any level of newsflow in the near future and prehaps maybe moate, which is at a very early stage of exploration.
Surely the news from dalradian yesterday will ignite some interest in the minco sp today. News from lundberg/buchans due in next two weeks also.
rns just out.
rns out today. hopefully feasability study report to follow soon.
further results from buchans/lundberg expected this month.
indifferent i suppose.
it wouldnt be too much to expect an rns this morning regarding Friday's AGM.
news from buchans/lundberg in December probably as important in the short term as news from dalradian.
