I am learning all the time from d14mond the more contracts this company wins the worse their financial position! Back to the "Good Samaritans" again! Selflessly helping others to improve their lot at their own expense! I did not know there is so much goodness in this world!
A long day when you are a de-ramper, some of these posts are from late at night and early morning, wonder what the hourly rate is? Definately need dedication reading all the posts and counteracting anything positive. For what purpose! they are so well known as they seem to pop up on many boards claiming the same thing, that everybody else is misinformed or not researched and only they know. Maybe I am wrong and they are in fact "Good Samaritans" selflessly dedicating their days to preventing people losing their life savings. They are probably based in Salvation Army halls feeding the needy between posts on their laptops!
I don't even know what that word is with the asterisks, I am afraid you will have to spell it for me!
Can somebody explain to me what is "a better quality investor"? That implies the people on here are not up to the required standard. Anybody who makes spelling mistakes or has bad grammar sell immediately! we don't want your type on this board. An "inspector of investors" must be appointed immediately and call round to each person and fill in the form on investing etiquette before investment is allowed. If they are not up to the required criterion then they must be told to take their money elsewhere. We want no riff-raff shareholders in this company!
I made a one line comment about my general observation of this board. Kitekat is telling me to get a grip! he declares he has no hidden agenda. For some strange reason he thinks it is a direct criticism of himself. A nerve has surely been hit! That is really amusing !
So many people on this board with multiple postings every day, claiming to have no interest, Amazing !
the most pathetic de-ramper is that tw58, he jumps in every time UKOG drops a little with "down again today" pitiful really as if. we won't even notice the drop without this person informing us. Never says "up again today". Does he think that his stupid comments will have us all rushing to sell! I really pity this person spending his days doing that !
that scully person must cut and paste. his posts are the exact same as Friday. he was actually on another thread over the weekend criticizing a poster in no uncertain terms for de-ramping the share. The old pot and kettle!
Christmas isn't far off imo,<br />him and that brainer person trying to influence people with silly one liners, at least my prediction is fact!
Point taken, It's just that I am so fed up with ramp/deramp on all the boards and then miss somebody who has something sensible to say.
What a load of rubbish on here ramp/deramp and this onlinetuba sounds like ambers69 and this blinky and friends do they really think anybody is going to buy or sell on their stupid posts. we just have to wait on the next RNS and all this rubbish being posted means nothing.
U can put Dragon into an ISA. Most AIM shares cannot be put into an ISA but they can if they are quoted on two stock exchanges i.e. on the FTSE and Aussie. u also can have £10600 profit before u have to pay Capital Gains Tax. If u have a wife make sure to use up her allowance as well. Best thing is to look at your broker's website about ISA's and phone and ask them about anything u r not sure of.
In the early nineties DGO had a consolidation of 25 to 1 therefore your share certificate is correct 1540 divided by 25 equals 61.6. Therefore a share price of one pence became 25 pence.
Apart from being completely confused by the whole thing, what puzzles me is the wording of the statement. ENOC states that they are offering a "modest premium" of the 3rd June close which is £3.38. The wording "modest premium" is strange because if ENOC consider this " modest" then surely they are not expecting any investor to accept it.
I have had a look at the DGO trades and it is a sea of blue but most of the buys are for ridiculous amounts like 46 shares and such, even for a small investor like myself these buys are puny is there some method or devious plan in doing that, I am a bewildered Arcticpuffin
Have a look at Dragon oil in the Caspian sea and also Rift oil drilling in PNG, but Rift oil is actually gas, Dragon have plenty of potential and have cash, and Rift are sitting on a fortune in gas and they won't be producing until 2012 that is my main two but as I have said b4 I am a complete amateur but u can have a look at their profile they both have websites and see what u think
As a Dragon investor since the early 90's (15p) and did sell on the great high ,I do think that maybe the slide will not happen this time, I have kept faith, been buying again on the 1.20-1.40 mark over the last few months when it slipped back but maybe this time it will keep going if not I will buy more again but it seems too dodgy to sell as it may keep going this time. I have great faith in two shares Dragon and Rift but I as I have said b4 on my infrequent posts I am a complete amateur , in time it will go to £3 +
I have always had Dragon shares since the early nineties although I sold on the big up I always kept a few. I have been buying again recently although by most terms in modest sums as I just dabble, I thought they were a great bargain around 1.5 or lower and I fully expect them to go over £3 and maybe reach £5-6 again. My new Dragon is Rift Oil and I have great faith in them but time will tell.
I had originally 75000 shares in the 90's at 2p but the company consolidated and made every 1p share 25p therefore my 75 thousand was divided by 25 which left me with 3 thousand shares. Anyway have u been sleeping in a cave all these years, I would not sell them at this price but hold on, u missed the high of 5 pound plus so unless u need the money I would hold onto them.
what a quiet load of shareholders does nothing interesting happen with this company
