RE: US LISTING??8 Nov 2025 17:02
WSBN would fail to list on net income requirements of min $750,000 for the Nasdaq capital market. Seems to be less clear on stock price with $4 and $1 being read.
DL doesn't hide his dislike for AIM, mm's and the pump and dump nature of the sp to news and todays margin trading trends. ASX is more likely? I would have to look at the rules.
LOTM is right, but if Red Setter is a duster (H1 hit breccia to depth so it's not a total duster) but with thin and sparse gold returns then whether the share price crashes from a £1 to 10p or 1p to 0.1p. The difference is delisting at >0.1p or surviving at 10p and going back to sand blowing at Cottisloe...I wonder if those boys are still out there..
Or, what NEWS said about collating assays together crossed my mind too, then publishing the whole thing may not be wide off the mark, and would be a bombshell RNS that would rerate and lock in value. It is now obvious that the company is running a tight ship, but news of an RNS being published, IS being leaked...but not the contents. That should be looked into by authorities as it is impacting the sp thus being price sensitive in itself.
My £9 prediction for 2026 doesn't look so daft now.
My gut is saying RNS post consolidation. Locking in the rocket for lth's and opening the door for serious Institutional investors looking for a gold play.
If I'm right a drift to 0.7 is on the cards over the next 3 weeks...but just as easily, an RNS could be first then JV post consolidation. One thing is for sure, it has been done in preparation of something...and bad news is a low probability imo, given geology, historical evidence of good shallow grades nearby, they come from deeper down not from fairy dust.
