I class it as disrespectful of your shareholders, an RNS before the end of the month should be at 7:00 am by the 31 st of the month, if it is not announced within 10 minutes it’s going Down . Personally the damage is done .

You don’t normally hold back good news ,if I owned a company and had really good news on new clients, more investors, I’d want to shout about it as soon as possible, wouldn’t you ?

Selling after 4 years all your shares is something I wouldn’t do , I’d keep some 20% say ,just in case ,but yes I remember this share of old and only jumped back in not long ago ,but I’ve taken out my recent investment and running at 194% profit, free shares, it’s a tough call on when to cash in ,I remember the dusters with this company.

If you want some cash back, look around, something just hit the news .

Someone just mentioned regular £20k sells during the day ,someone is definitely off loading, I’ve not been following this for a while, so if not a takeover, is a possible placing on the cards , this is orchestrated for what reason?

10% hasn’t been declared yet ,but could happen. But you have a very valid point, a couple of steps to go before takeover bid .

The only difference with sxx ,they were going bust without a couple of billion, a takeover has to be excepted by shareholders, so it can be turned down, I can’t see many excepting less than 30 p, but why would you give lots of good news which pushes the share price up and then do a takeover, no way, bring it down and offer a low takeover price, but not too low for rejection, people could by in as it drops to bring down your average.

As it was hyped up it’s now being manipulated down, this has takeover written all over it ,dragging the price down makes people sell and also a takeover target, this could now be taken over under 30p a share target, I don’t think it will drop below 12p ,once people stop panicking and selling, the offer will come in for a takeover, look what happened at sxx , they offered 5p , many of us here got burnt on that one .

Don’t believe a word said on any chat board, half of them are not even invested , do a bit of research, ceo buys ,director buys ,check all previous RNS s, and most of all your common sense, I sold 50% today after reaching a point where I’ve got now free shares (it doesn’t happen that often) ,I now am win, win ,got me money back and what ever happens I’ve a profit ,my advice,don’t be greedy, but he who dares wins ?

I saw the 19 million at 16:04 , that’s a serious buy .

I know you’ll all be delighted to know I’m now on free shares ,nothing to lose ,good luck if holding 100% ,but remember a profit is only that when sliced out .

It’s a serious possibility, the share price being left to drop is all good for a takeover, also new CEO not buying shares is a big red flag, this guys not going to lose money if it’s going to drop further? ,all guess work but does seem strange.

They don’t give a 4x about you or me , but the company does have a legal obligation to its shareholders, I’m just waiting for an oil strike to cover this , and it’s not bloody ukog haha

I wonder if the new CEO will come to the “rescue “ of the cheap share price ,I think this was done before haha

I do see the RNS s, but to normal jo blogs, it’s same old , we’ve drilled some more great holes ,how wonderful we are , this could go on for 10 years drilling bloody holes, a 3 year plan to commercial production is too far away for most “investors” in this share , hence the trades are down, and this chat room and others are deserted, people want more information of an upbeat level.

I do agree, there’s an odd silence, I think this will explode up ( one day) ,I did say in my previous posts I expected 19p as a low , but it steadied at 20p ,which I thought it would stay at ,but there seems to be an orchestrated pull down on the share price, there’s obviously some plan ?

This has become yesterday’s share ,it’s so out of favour, is this a deliberate ploy by the company,I’ve no idea , takeover at lower share price? , I think it’s best to hold, the gold is still there ,so no change there ,it seems the company doesn’t care , I saw someone said their building the mine at record speed but to most investors it’s gone very quiet, I’m concerned but not bailing, as I said the gold is still there .

I know how you feel, sxx was a big hit for me as well, but look forward not back ,and if you’re not in it you can’t win it .
