And then you have to make sure that your entire supply chain is qualified so it isn’t just the initial samples they. They want, 10, 20, 50, or 100,000 tons to be the same quality. That takes effort and expertise in ensuring high-quality supply to those manufacturers.

Can't agree with your pessimistic assessment Rooster, the current sp has all the bad news factored in. The focus now switches to the Construction Programme which is made up of four construction projects; Materials Handling Facility Project, Port Facility Project, Mineral Transport System Project and the Main Shafts Project. At the Programme level a large contingency pot is held in case of slippage, however, should the projects proceed to schedule or in advance of schedule, then the contingency will not be required which would drive sp up. To this end I would like to see the Risk Register more accurately termed the Risk and Opportunity Register and reported accordingly. Also, at the Programme level, it would be handy to have visibility of the Benefits Map so that as each project delivers its outputs, the capabilities, outcomes and subsequent benefit realisation could be positively reported and tracked

No-one complained about being warned but nagging the shareholders of what is yet to be a modest oil producer whilst sparing shareholders of much bigger concerns the benefit of his wisdom is a different issue. The bottom line is HE can produce oil at a more economic rate than shale oil producers and will continue to thrive in the immediate future by taking a bigger slice of any future diminishing pie.
