If they had hired a NOMAD then surely there is a requirement to disclose this via an RNS as it is significant to AIM listing and the stock. Where is the RNS? You have to conclude they haven't hired a NOMAD. Which leads to the obvious question "why?"

@ sitty - TRFC may well be the club - but they are wholly owned by RIFC. The rule relates to the owner and operator of the club experiencing an insolvency event. I do concede that the footballing authorities have given themselves a slight banana skin by the club/company thing which enabled the continuation myth, but the law seems sufficiently clear on this one - if RIFC went into Administration, then the owner/operator of the Club would indeed be experiencing an insolvency event.

How on earth would you price next year's tickets without knowing which Division? If you price for Premiership are there seriously a sufficient number of mugs who would take the plunge early? I'm certian was directly stated in a press interview which I'm having trouble finding. I believe this interview originated in early 2013. The only press reports I've located so far come from 2014 when the 25 points bit was reported as reconfirmed. In your point 3, I disagree that TRFC Ltd would be likely to get away without a points deduction. Stu is painting a false picture and knows it - 17k was the number as at 13 June 2014 prior to the public sale and subsequent sales on half season tickets. They announced 23.5k at season start though I don't believe they have ever confirmed sales since then (including half-season tickets which received a boost when MA gifted Rangers the facility to buy via Credit Card).

Funny that we're being told that pies n bovril are suddenly going to bridge the income gap - only a month ago the same people were saying that the catering contract was also onerous. So presumably it was Charles green on whoever who were pleased to see bovril sales on the rise!
