It very much depends if Potless Paul has self-certified yet. I can see that the SFA can't exactly act upon their own articles until he does.

Three Clubs submitted simultaneously stuzee - all 3 are longstanding members of the Association. I believe TRFC Ltd joined in only 2012 (initially on a temp membership). No members are any less than the newbie tho.

My Club has submitted a complaint to the SFA regarding Potless Paul's involvement as Director in oldco during the era when it used tax evasion measures and side-letters (oldco were fined for this), and by his complicity on the BoD saw a very prominent member of the Association bring football into disgrace then that prominent member ending in liquidation. So far, not even a note of acknowledgement back from the SFA! Quel surprise!

Anyone who is a shareholder of oldco or newco, anyone who was/is a customer of oldco or newco can answer the petition - that's why it needed published footyfan. HMRC should be submitting, but anyone can if meet these conditions. I was a customer of olco and of newco only last month so can submit.
