Guitarman, the consolation is we see the holding? .. they are not dumping leaving pi holding the bag as they would normally do..
I didn’t expect anything wonderful from today’s announcement, what I did expect was continuity.
Perhaps I should know better by now.
Perhaps I follow the above lead.
It’s getting harder though.
I am not going filter Redbox as what he says is true, we have to fish about looking for connections.
Rely on AZ assurances, when all this crap should be out the way as the NDA are all pointless at this point. So I can post facts rather than conjecture…
It shouldn’t just be me that comments on shareholding, bonds, warrants, registers.
The connections between various parties, you should all be making the same comments, as it’s your money, your investment too
Redbox, I actually agree with most you say there, With the exception of extrader, the only one I really bother with, but I do green box him, then someone will reply and my curiosity gets the better of me. If you have been here long enough you will know extrader and myself have been at loggerheads for over a year, (but it’s not personal between us as I will remember his kind words when three deaths hit in quick succession)
As for my convictions, perhaps your right there too, as I believe in pi helping pi as this game is hard enough without turning on each other..
The rest of your posts is absolutely spot on. I can’t argue as your view has valid points..
I have nothing to gain here by posting here, so again not following my convictions I will take a break from here
As this place gives me nothing back but crap like your post,
Gives nothing to invested pi apart from a focus on derampers..
So why should I bother, when someone like you pops out of nowhere, contributes nothing of substance regarding Syme.
While I and others spend hours researching trying to understand this pile of ****e created by NDA
Well done Redbox..
You made me realise I am a SYME geek.. but a knowledgable one, who will invest on that basis.
Redbox, why is my name getting included in a thread I am not involved with?
But I remember you, you had me down as a deramper.
You clearly have something against me or don’t like me. That is fine by me, your allowed your opinion.
Parm yes Apex group, we have been down that route too..

Look at Apollo/ Mubadala too..
Time will tell,
What are people expecting from the interims, as I just see 6 clients IMed as of 30th June.
I will be looking for the details we MIGHT get
Such as, where did these 6 clients funding come from. Who added 40mill to TF fund.
If the 6 came from captive funding (C-IM) will they announce CB or the FB where the loan was completed, possibly a couple of days ago. With the 6 being some sort of dry run..
The devil maybe in the detail.. will we get such detail will remain to be seen..
For me, not bothered either way.lol
We are at the mercy of unrealistic gob ****e..
September roadshows being one.
The fact remains, shares are like musical chairs, but there are a lot of big chairs in a sub 1p company with little revenue…
You work it out,
I am buying, you don’t bet against these boys, you buy with them…
I will add, we have to apply everything we know regarding, bonds and apply to the loan
If DWs EC RNS are correct, then the holding of TAG will be used as security against the €61mill (£52mill) bond,
Given the MC right now and their holding of 38% (plus 12% legally owned by 1AF2)
So basically their holding is worth £45mill,
The charge also states AZ has to cover for fluctuations in the sp with 33% of his holding.
So IMHO they cannot afford more dilution, plus they need the sp higher.
To give examples of various bonds
FTSE 100.. 0.8%
TAG…….. 2.5%
Illumity bank .. 3.83%
DW ECP.. 4.8% secured against TAG (€40mill)
Old ECP 7%
So we are seen at quite low risk.
Some FTSE 100 companies don’t have to securitise their bonds as their name is enough when it comes to risk
I doubt TAG in it’s own right could get such preferential treatment, so what does that say about SYME shares, or indeed the company behind 1 AF2..
IMHO.. time will tell.. not a scobby if any of that will pan out..
But I try to make sense of all this..
Just get it done AZ,, we see the article where 1 AF2 will buy “Fact”.. “perhaps” taking benefit of a low SP..
Or perhaps 1AF2 will need the bond away before they take the remaining shares of DW @ 0.48p
Just like the take over and December notification..
Just get it out
Ex.. yea most hey.. what about bonds lol
Your off on a tangent, that means nothing in terms of the RNS.. as if SYME DECIDE to miss a payment then a CLN for that months payment will kick in .. nothing to do with the rubbish your sprouting..
Back in your box extrader.. not giving you oxygen
Ohh god, I had to look sorry all
Amortising loan is just a loan where you repay the capital and the interest,
Selective posting again hey ex, as you missed out
The short-term loan note facility will be linked to a Convertible Loan Note facility (CLN), which can be used should SYME elect not to repay any of the interest or principal relating to the short-term loan notes in cash (for example, if the Company decides to preserve cash for working capital requirements or to facilitate further new strategic initiatives).
“Should Syme not decide to repay.”.
The rest of your post is a nonsense.. the loan interest is 10% .. end of ..
If we take the extra £2mill in 60 days then it’s £7.7mill, if we don’t it’s £5.5mill repayable.
I fully expect them to take the £2mill, if it’s to take the full 10%, we will see. As the RNS stated up to 10%.
Or it may be for some other investment, like a platform for instance.
One thing for sure I will be invested when we find out, while you won’t be ex
Sorry all…
Blockchainer, absolutely, the benefit won’t be seen by many here as traders won’t get the long term value creation,
8% dilution for TF was good business, look at the doubling of the fund that will allow for 700mill worth of trade.. that’s a brilliant start, which will continue once TF scale staffing levels.
The FB will be another good investment, as I have said the 90% other “investors” in that entity think the same lol
Must dash again,
From TF accusation with director appointments, DW and TAG bonds, £7million loan and the register… all these entities have confidence in SYME.
Not to mention
FB where we will be in partnership with the other holders who will have 90%
CB,
ICC
Italian banking group
Etc etc
AZ has spent the money raised from dilution well so far. TF will do nicely ta ..IMHO
Let’s hope FB will also have the same effect. After all the 90% holders in the FN think it will do well too

The remaining outstanding par value of the Convertible Loan Notes not yet converted is £2,106,000 and this residual portion is expected to be repaid in cash, funded by the new short-term loan facility.
If Negma was still selling up until recently how did they know the balance needed to be cleared by the loan on the second of 2nd September..
