Just got in from work , is this share price correct, if so I can retire

Thinking if divvy is being axed in half buy in level is £4.50 to 5.00 good long term hold.

Look at 5yr share chart if you have weak moments on this share its like a mountain goat .

Today is typical, nothing but share sales and yes the share price actually went up, this impossible to justify how can the broker be trusted.

The price of this share is being kept up, you have day after day of low volume sales, when the price dribbles down , then a single purchase and it jumps a penny or two. This needs to drop to mid teens to be of interest to me, it just aint going anywhere.

Cant see what is keeping this price up, constant selling, 3 month graph clearly dropping , bit of a short term uplift on a minor deal in London , but if relaying on foodstore segment of property market not a good move. Just look at the retailer results coming through Morrisons, Tesco etc . I like this company but only at 10 - 15p max.

Looking to buy a lump of these at 20.5 to 21p target price, market is hotting up for sheds , they will be back in favour next few years. From my own experience banks are very eager to lend on multilet unit sites and are starting to fund development again. good luck all

Yes long term its a no brainer, I like the shorter moves, pays for holidays, skiing trips and school fees etc, long term is for the nursing home fee. Trading range is tight I think it will drift down over next 2 months then rally strong for xmas bun fight. Not shorting it, as not strong either way. Cant see it is oversold at all

No clear direction on this one, waiting for buying opportunity or a clear shorting signal, looks a bit dull at the moment.

sold at 730-731 automated sale in error want to run this a bit further , good luck all off on hols for a few weeks

If a broker rates something sell it, best advice I ever heard , all brokers are thick they probably think it is July already.

Did any one else catch the bounce, got first 100k shares at 712-713 on a automated purchase order, missed bottom as orders poured in at 711p bailing out at 730p- to 750p range. NOT confident this wont fall further in short term . £20 bill of debt on a monopoly grid , where else will people get there electric from Duracell.

In brief yes, they cant keep pumping money in to a system for ever. Equally interest rates will more than probably rise in the next few years. The response was to woodchips noted upgrade by Boa

Yes. if BOA is trying to up price to get clients out of share I think it may go even lower, I will reopen short if 700 gets breached and look to take a 20-30p gain. If support flows in at 705- 710 p will go long to catch the bounce. I like to go long or short on a handful of shares if no opportunity is obvious I do nothing .

just closed short at 18k profit , strategy seems to work, not sure yours is clever, you are 50p down since last comment. Good luck to you

Nice to see my predictions coming togeather stock up at 700 - 720 for the start of next wave, will probably test 710 before general support comes in if goes sub 700 run to the hills

Glad I sold in may and went away. Buying back in if sub 700, piling in large sub 600

Not A huge drop given the recent rises, probable find support at 700 + level over next few weeks, before next push higher

NO I am looking for a drop of 200- 300p before I re-enter, not bothered by short term divvy movements. Cant see it happening until economy really gets going and funds dump utilities in favour of growth stocks. Might put a few more 100k in to house builders, bit of a boom coming up in resi housing I think.
