Interesting to look at a 10yr chart on this, gives a very good picture on the left hand tail of future potential , still think a flush out low well below 30P is required , the London property market will be first to rocket in any recovery , will be a good play just dont think this is the time for me start buying.

If the end of June low was the spring , gives a point and figure count and a 60p target .
The lack of strength of the move off the low suggests more range bound trading ,
This will form a larger base and a higher potential target further down the road .

Buyers came in strongly and pushed to 45p in a few days , shows someone had faith.
Retest of the this low end of June .
Currently rising on declining buying volume , range bound 30-45p
I am looking for a flush out spring below 30p.

Think its too early to take a position , need an end to the rate raising cycle and a drop in house prices and sales volume before i will be buying in . Looking in USA big drops happening in construction and sales right now , history suggests we follow .
The shed game is over for me for now Sain , got to 2.5m sqft of very secondary space before selling out , actually sold a few weeks after Hansteen deal , may have been a bit early but not complaining .

Trust your research undertaken prior to buying the stock , if nothing fundamentally has changed why do you not see this as a opportunity to buy more at the now lower price.

Re ran the figures here and came up with a intrinsic value of £62 p/s , can some one else please check these and confirm or question it . Seems high but numbers dont look wrong to me .

Should rocket , but price is not responding , only reasons i can see are ,
market is pricing in a recession or, some highly skilled interest is building a position and keeping the price in there target range.

Nice to see composite operators coming in , explains the long slow falling price , as they built the position .

Totally agree tried to book up a trip for July , quoted £150 p night all hotels were either full or only had a few rooms left . Will show in next year accounts , topped up my holding today .
