maybe, maybe not. You could read into that, the delay has nothing to do with OPAY, and that as usual the FCA are being lazy. The last update was expected around 30 July, at least we have a positive date, and it' says 'no later than 11th August' Which means anytime before that. If there were problems, we would know by now, and this is why we should look at it as a positive RNS. Could indeed see a sustained tooing and throwing of the SP, but one thing is for sure, it will be a lot higher than this come 12th August :)
