Likely to happen at some stage and the acquisition and associated matters that he/MXCP are known for completed for time being. A new CEO to drive the business sales forward in place, and Mr. Gibson installed as NED to amongst others, keep an eye on MXCP substantial investment. Although he is a partner in MXCP, he does not have the financial controlling interest of Smith/Weaver, of whom some disquiet has been expressed particularly in respect of Weaver and Redcentric/365 Agile dealings vis a vis MXCP. Of no great consequence, but a little more distance in my view is preferable. Company well placed to continue without MXCP direct management, though they will still be taking any relevant advisory fees. Apart from that, I should like to see MXCP getting on with things as an active merchant bank, instead of relying on the NAV of largely illiquid public companies. Though it seems they private may now be the way ahead for them, where their investments are not limited as they are with listed companies. Where he's gone? Plotting in MXCP I trust. With MXCP and Kestrel now holding 51% of the company, neither can sell their holdings in the market and achieve value, except by arrangement, without destroying their own and the other's share price. It begs the question of how each will ultimately realise their shareholders/clients investments. Buyout seems unlikely before USA distribution, the terms and extent of which may still be under negotiation. And then it will have to work through into sales.

Mr. Winnifrith did a small update today. Nothing new. Thinks 365 will now fade away with nothing further for shareholders, though Castleton will continue to pay the now private company the licence fee for the mobile product until the agreement terminates in a couple years with the product then becoming free to Castleton. It is IOT enabled and it occurs to me it's non housing applications may still have some value - perhaps to Castleton or another MXCP company.

now delisting, with Castleton having a perpetual licence agreement with them for the mobile product in social housing. Castleton already has the staff in house developing the product, so there is no practical effect and Agile been dead now for a while - though I guess MXCP with a foot in both camps may now wish to decide how best to proceed with its non housing applications, having regard to what they do with 365. It may quietly be laid to rest, though they say they continue to investigate opportunities. We may get something on that in due course

Only me here - been going on for months with no RNS other than Slaters selling. May still be going out, and others under 3%. And somebody generally picking them up. They can only sell once. With fundamentals improving, nothing to worry about. Waiting to see who's buying them all.

Yes, large share movement and sells stopped or at least slowed up, and all excess picked up at this price. That's good. And MXCP/Kestrel now on a joint 50% in this illiquid ( unless you want to sell by arrangement against those wishing to buy, which seems to have been the case) company. Distinct possibility of a buy out at some stage, though that may be long away if ever.

Coming to the end of their financial year in which so far as I can tell they've done nothing positive, other than cash in some chips at RCN, the conjecture surrounding the circumstances of which have not been beneficial. They've resigned as advisors elsewhere, and may do more of that. Be interesting to see what they say in due course - I imagine the buy back with shares cancelled and not to be reissued will be portrayed as an alternative dividend.

Buys or sells, trades shown are all going somewhere at this price, and have been since mid-May. More than sufficient, since last holdings RNS, to require one for a 1% change for a 3% holder. But it doesn't always happen.

With fundamentals improving, and shares being taken out of 'public' ownership on an ongoing basis, there are no swings, and shareholders will benefit.
