I see that argument totally I would have preferred that this had waited until after Izzy2 but I recognise that this deal may then have been at an even lower price in the less likely event that the step out is too bold so this at least ensures survival as things transpire on the funding front I would be happier if at least the Zeb CPR was published before the merger and could be taken into account in the price however minimal that difference might be Aside from that I am personally pleased to see this merger proceed the way things have gone Cheers and GL

lots of speculation as to the whys and wherefores and also to what happens if we politely decline but what do you all see as the upside if given the green light? maybe a little less exciting and no multi bagger in the short term but broader success ultimately more likely all the way to production........? No longer red or black?

thanks for that pb well it sounds clear enough as it says all the acreage yes that being the case and insurance payouts being notoriously stingy if paid at all, then falling into the loving embrace of RKH seems to be prudent and timely to say the least the bod still want shooting for allowing this to happen, and it does rather make you wonder who was making what reassurances to make the bod put the company's future at risk in the belief that they were about to hit the big time..... Noble have had their pants down big time

I am broadly in favour but after Izzy2 results and with the Zeb CPR in the public domain. Then perhaps the valuation would be a fairer one. Otherwise a small rights issue would seem the better option.

If they have been hiding something significant and positive then their hand will now be forced Will be interesting to see if they make a counter bid and if so then they would need to lift their skirt so to speak....
