The Court Meeting will start at 2.00p.m. and the FOGL General Meeting will start at 2.30p.m. (or as soon as the Court Meeting has been concluded or adjourned). Agreed. Can't see how it can not be approved given the lack of cash and the ever decreasing sp. I'm in RKH too and may buy a few more of these now as a way to top up RKH at a slight discount. The bod have played a clever game but they have shafted the pi's here. I hope they get their come uppance at some point. Seems wrong that they can get rewarded with non-exec positions at RKH when they have driven FOGL into the ground like this.

they did at least let all their mates exit at a much higher price so they're not all bad ;-)
