I know it was discussed the other day but why do they keep mentioning regional endowment being 27moz? What is it’s significance going forward to keep mentioning.
They give the figure for Telfer as 20moz total so what is the other 7moz?

It clearly shows how hard it is to find good grades with firetower and Ernest Giles. It also shows how exceptional Hav is.

As various Rns state it sits within Hav license bit 6km west of the 12 blocks under farm in agreement.

It’s true that there is amazing potential here. However, attaching monetary value to the share is misleading. Then going on to say it’s de-ramping unless you agree, clearly an agenda.

This board is good for info and Paddy and co provide the facts leaving others to make up their mind, but I suspect some of the new posters are possibly one and the same person ramping the s***e out of it.

Anyone else out there that feels they need to tell us over and over again what we have?

Agreed ChrisB, NC are moving at pace to keep Telfer going. If a new player came in they might have very different ideas and not share the same priorities.
Having said that NC may fight any buyout. Too many variables to waste to much time on this at present.

M&A’s don’t happen overnight so hopefully we will have our maiden resource way before any takeover talk.

All is going well at present and has great potential but as they say only invest what you can afford to lose.
We should have a good idea of what we have on Newcrests next release at the end of the month.

It may just take a little longer if Rio gets involved.

If Rio did buy NC then they would have access to Telfer and possibly use to process copper over gold.
Does telfer have capacity to process everything?
Also acquisitions usually result in a pause of expenditure whilst the parent company considers its priorities.
I stress that this is all speculation. I personally hope our deal (if any) would be prior to any takeover of NC

It’s just tiring to read constant rampers, ramping the S**te out of it every few hours.
The positives are freely available for all to see.
