With 600,000oz in Jorc at Homase (say $65 / oz in the ground) this SP should be 3.5-4pps. Plus they are in production. Wondering if its being held back to take private and say good night to the long suffering PI's?

Yes and no - credibility is a big factor for institutions, hnws, etc coming into support listed companies - so they need the audit to finished and to not be qualified ideally.

Agree our day will come only when we see the back on Lanstead and better still added to by some director buys!!

With so much potential good news flow in the offing you would think they would be able to arrange to L to be bought out by a strategic investor rather than suffer with this aggressive seller

If they are in M&A talks a 1/3 of the bond news share price is a dilution killer so I hope not - doesnt make sense.

The pattern and depressed SP will continue until Lanstead are long gone from this company.

Big hopes for a lot of news flow from the Company in September - its way way overdue and long promised by the new IR Czar.

GG check out Page 17 of 2022 Presentation and the co-ords on google earth - setting up a proper mine development there is not something a junior miner can tackle - for starters needs the government to resettle chunks of a sizeable town which is extremely unlikely to happen. At this GP the place is probably crawling with small scalers turning it into a messy unstable honeycomb. Sorry but they have a better chance of returning value to the shareholders at Homase imho.

The cashflow part not good at all to hear - suspect hence the RNS out on the last Friday before bank holiday weekend. Punters back next week from hols so hoping for a raft of good mining news releases.

Very tricky to mine in this area being under the Akrokeri town, I would prefer they focus on heavily Homase where they already have a mine operating and a Jorc resource. After all on AIM there is pie in the sky gold grades that dreams (nightmares?) are made of and then there is realistically mineable gold grades. GLA.

Who/what else then apart from Lanstead do you ascribe to depressing the SP so heavily in this case where the news flow is mostly positive and gold is flying?

Only Lanstead has the qty of shares to keep selling this stock so relentlessly - eventually they will be shod of, good riddance and perhaps better times to come......

The upside here is in the high grade resources below the oxides - a high grade ug mine with efficient milling plant is the right way to go - they should keep an eye out for a mill plant now imo.

The ask is way down - great time for the directors to be buying into the story themselves ?

Lets have the directors onboard too buying bags more shares!!
