Surely they must be swamped in cash at this GP unless it is all smoke and mirrors.....

It now very unlikely the SP will recover sufficiently in value for a similar priced offer to come in which is why sweeping that offer under the carpet was shameful and the BoD should all go and allow a better, more effective team in to sort out the production issues which clearly exist and sort out the very punitive aims loan. These are the only issues the Bod need concern itself with, not playing petty board games. PI's are going to get diluted massively. GLA.

The Company needs to be clear on the fee structure. Pity the RNS is silent on this. This engagement fee could be the tip of yet more dilution for little result or they could get their fees from actual successful fundings (much better) and not the shareholders.

Precisely the aims & emma plan, Sam. Dilute LTHs by issuing more and more cheap shares to keep paying off themselves, the london club and service the mounting debt & interest bills….thats the AIM way.

All while Gold at $3,500/oz - a disgrace.

Expect many will take profits which may dampen - they key will be sustained good news from the company...

Today ORR has MC £14m as exploration no resources yet while GRL MC is £4m with resources and production - certainly suggests under valued or is very distressed and needs saving - 3 things imho 1. an all new credible bod, 2. the aims loan renegotiated properly without issuing lots of new shares for old 2021 money / absurd interest bills and 3. a buyout / earn in partner with the wherewithal to recapitalise the operation and get them into mining/treating pay gold grades.

it did not suit them. The offer doc shared at the agm was apparently far more detailed than mr CS suggested.

JR And you dont think EP AIMS and CS have not cooked up an asset heist then ? Get real and look at who holds 25% of the co. & crushing debt burden with $1 m interest bill the co cannot possibly pay due soon. If someone does not step up in coming weeks to restructure this is lights out i feel.

Would not be too sure about that. They are probably the only two to actually run successful mining operations in the past ….

Agreed, If there is one function as CEO above all it is to look after (existing ) shareholders - either get the share price up to fair market value or find a buyer/partner to take on the project and do it justice. Bring back Trew for starters as maybe he can do a deal.

Agree - in the absence of news of some sort of a deal at a premium to the SP (only salvation I believe) or releasing news of further production increments toward the stated 1000ozs I expect that next we will hear news of a piddly fund raising at around 0.6p (at this rate) with much of the proceeds going to the costly London lot in their fees, etc. and not spent on the project. Afraid it is not looking good for LTH and PI's.... keep hoping I am wrong!

IMO GRL needs to do a deal soonest to partner up for scale / liquidity or be bought out entirely - the alternative will be massive dilution, repeat, repeat, so the London set can keep getting paid their fees while the SP tanks and long term holders get naught. Come on GRL board - add value.
