Well, perhaps.. but more knowledge of whether the proposed production of synfuel from CO2 extracted from the atmosphere and driven by renewable energy is actually clean or not. On the face of it, it would seem to be neutral, but the environmentalists seem to be still debating.

What's holding this up is vw. The Czech Gov will be wanting to do all they can to attract VW into building a GF there, and that will include a local supply of lithium. So perhaps they're sitting on licence applications etc because they don't want EMH to be more attractive to another non-VW buyer in the meantime - while VW umm and ahh - like LG. If VW declare a GF in the CR, things will fly. If not, then I suppose the licences will also appear but more slowly, or the game changes in some way.
"I am starting to honestly believe this is being deliberately run and marketed badly..."
Worst case scenario, and I can hardly bring myself to write it, is that CEZ buy out EMH for a paltry sum and partner with a mining major, KC and the gang get paid off with a couple of million and fat salaried NED roles, and we get slightly more than sfa.
But surely not. How easily is KC tempted?
Not that I want to promote this... but https://www.chinadaily.com.cn/a/202302/23/WS63f76b55a31057c47ebb0873.html
He's been saying that for years. And CEZ usually have a different line. My understanding is that the DFS might appear towards the end of the year. Q3 has been mentioned, so adjust to account for typical delays, hence Q4. Not sure it'll make a lot of difference to the SP anyway. I suspect that the market in general is suspicious of CEZ . I think the value here will come from selling up. But it's hard to know who'd buy a minority stake, and this adds to the confusion. My suspicion only.. may be wrong.
Something I own has to go. To pay the rent and free life up a little. It's EMH, ASO or TERN (others are too far underwater). Or parts thereof, but that only means same decision has to made a month later.
I think there is a possible long term threat to lithium as sodium ion batteries seem to be very much on the up. But my take is that nickel, graphite and manganese are safe bets, cobalt less so. For Mang, I'm in EMN, also in the Czech Republic and also languishing like EMH.
ASO are australian but the resource is in Canada and looks like being the 3rd largest nickel resource in the world. And headed up by Kumova. But they've only just issued their first MRE. But I suspect they'll sell out to a major and that could happen at any time.
I regard all my mining stocks as good investments, but time is the problem for me, as I said. I'll take a look at your suggestions - thanks, but would be exiting others at a loss.
ip, have you looked at Aston Minerals? (asx:ASO) My other largest mining holding. My prob is time, unlike you. I just cannot wait any longer. It's already been years since a return was originally anticipated and never materialised.

I'm so fed up with mining stocks. I've just run out of steam and patience. Constant waffle about rewards tomorrow. Always tomorrow. Thinking of ditching all five of them and putting the sector behind me as a bad experience. Focus on IT instead.
Sorry, that second one (NED) should read thus:

These are the key contacts I think. You should be able to contact them somehow, even if via LinkedIn, if you need to:

I agree that the comms doesn't make me feel comfortable, but I'm still realistically confident that things will be ok here, albeit based on not a lot more than hunch and the apparent reputation of the players. Still, I'm itchier than I used to be.
That's disconcerting. You could try the contact form on this page: https://bluebirdmv.com/contact/
