Twas always thus, lots of ramping to get to the point where they can sell. This time I genuinely feel that sitting tight is really the best option. Dave Horgan has clearly demonstrated his intentions and will not have signed a JV until he had seen a working "model" as a proof of concept probably with some Bolivian Brine samples. or for that matter have known whether the Bolivian Authorities were on side... GLA LTH,s is the very best advice.

Eagleeyes you are quite right of course and the science is extremely good. as always DYOR but it appears to have success written all over it. GLA LTH's Dave Horgan looks to have a cracking deal in progress.

I wonder how much up front payment was involved in a contract of this size possibly 20% If so money might not be so much of a problem. Only a thought.

Steward 1 with respect if you had been involved with the rules and regulations of foreign governments you would realise how invaluable the correct contact procedures actually are adopted and come into play . CLON personnel have been here for 30 years and are well versed in the procedural aspects of how The Bolivian Government want and indeed need to work. This alone gets them to the table and in itself is vitally important to any company wanting to deal say nothing of their relationship with NCX which is looking to commercialise its science as though time were of the essence.

I have no reason to doubt him or the science Eagleeyes22 The opportunity is clearly so great for the company and shareholders that they have to get it right.

Craig I hadn't forgotten at all merely pointing out an alternative to the 30 days that others had taken. It is quite common practice to consider working days as a precedent.

Just as a point "30 working days" or for that matter "30 market days" is the 29th of March. Accordingly "it is on track" as CLON have indicated it is.

What time do the bars open in Dublin ..still time to raise a glass! None taken. I to am sure that we will see this very shortly. I was more addressing the wider issue of punctuality with regard to 30 days and the supposed need for exactness by some investors. Patience in this particular case will reward holders I feel sure.

I don't think 30 days is particularly relevant The JV and Pilot are more so whenever. This share is very interestingly poised at present. Its on AIM a few buys that quite frequently precede an announcement could see this lift off quite spectacularly. It has quite clearly gotten a few minds focussed as the sales have dried up while "waiting for news" and buyers are quietly building...watch for the first few buys!

There is a lot of chat as to placee shares . There was no mention as to lock in agreements for The NEX-CHEMX shares to be issued Might it be that these are being forward sold on T25 as one order. Only a thought...ie the deal announcement could be viewed as a foregone conclusion! As a scientist I have to say that the process is very likely to succeed and having researched have continued to further invest.
