Looking to get back in to this share, did it have a rights issue a few months ago to raise funds for the bribery charge? £1.12?

So my question is to the knowledgeable people......why is it holding?
So how does the rights issue get priced. Has it been priced?
Thanks for replying, but why don’t people get out now, watch the price fall, and 1 day before the rights issue buy back in
Can someone explain in laymen’s terms.
The rights issue will I understand drive the price down, so why doesn’t everyone get out and buy back in when it falls. Or buy back in and qualify for the rights issue at a lower price?
Clear as mud. Appreciate a basic explanation
