Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
I can only see the headline as its behind a paywall. On the surface it doesn't look like positive news for RMS.
Can someone give an overview of the full article. I see the author and Doc brown are connected so taking it all with a huge pinch of salt.
Any company can become an "expert" if you throw enough money at something. I'm sure Dyson is stacking up the money at the moment!
Rule with Dyson Tech - if you have thought about it, they have too.
flyingduck - thanks for the explanation, in a bid situation the options can't be exercised.
Gecko - sorry i was asking an honest q. Yeah i guess I'm uneducated in this area in comparison to others. I'm very sure I'm educated in other areas though.
follow-up question, should we be using the shares in issue or the shares in issue + options when calculating the potential buyout value of the shares?

A nice ~22% owned by the BoD!!
Sells might be people expecting more 8.3's. But i don't see why they would sell when you do the simple calculations and compare to other other similar M+A's.
The directors have 140,000,000 options available. Can someone explain why they wouldn't use these? or are there defined time when they are allowed to (insider trading) windows. Never really got my head around options.
I agree, its now about the research done previously and your conviction and belief in doing that thoroughly, remember what you have personally learnt. Don't panic when you check the price and see a little red. Remember the directors own ~20% they are in this too.
DYOR, only invest what your willing to lose and all the other things which should be the basics in investing.
I was expecting a few more Form 8.3 RNS' this morning. Will we get a wave of them later or are people lazy and making sure they are under the 1% so they don't need to fill in a form? I can help anyone by taking their shares off of them :D

If its running again soon and keeping on a nautical theme could always take a trip on the boat to Beezes!

Ah was so far off the closing price, anticipated that maybe an offer would of been announced, happy for them to sit on the wall while the two rich kids egg each other onto bidding higher. Oh well a nice surprise today and more excitement to come!

For someone who has had experience here before (my first suspended share). When / if ever the shares are put back on the open market, will it be RNS'd at the same time, or will the RNS be in advance of the market opening?
Thanks!
So i have made a (wild) guess and honestly don't know what to expect but.....
If i was buying something, I would relate it to how the market values the item. Now the counter argument would be that the market value (7pps) is unfair (and old) in comparison to the materials we have in the ground. So I wouldn't be surprised if the offers are 20 - 100pps.
I have never bought a company so I'm just trying like others to get my head around this, and similar with timescales! More than happy to be proven wrong.
In my case pure guesstimation! it's a price that would make my stock a very very nice round figure. So please don't use my guess for anything other than a bit of fun.
Sorry Ian! I would be one of those who mistook the second game as being yours.
Apologies.
Moose.
Morning all, can I take 81p please Ian. That would return all my money input to the AIM market, a sizeable house deposit and more. Loving some of the figures people are guessing but don't want to get too crazy in my own head. Gotta learn how to do a tax return as some of these are in an LISA, some aren't! :(
First post - yeah yeah i know, don't burn the witch just yet. Thanks to the posters on here (and then the suspension) I kept hold of this stock for this news, if it wasn't suspended i don't think the share would of maintained this level with all the stuff going on in the world at the moment.
