are naming their capacitors CPX, we label our capacitors CAP X. We all had a bit of excitement for a few days. Never mind, onwards and upwards.

Thanks for update. I thought our patents were supposed to be air tight, could our technology have been used in the pens capacitor or are there other super caps out there that are equal or better than ours.

So you think they are just using cpx and cph codes on their products and there is no link with CPX. The next question would be who's capacitor/ technology are they using

The coding on the super cap shows the seiko stamp. The seiko site confirm they sell cpx and cph capacitors. Why do you guys think it is not a cpx in the pen. What am I missing here.

shows they sell 2 types of capacitor. cpx and cph. When you look at seiko s photo of both types of capacity, neither are stamped with K8371, Am I right in thinking there is a 50/50 chance it is a cpx cap

any chance the cap is the one on the far right of the board and not the one on the left hand side

am I right in thinking, if you pause the video at 4min, the sup cap is on the right hand side of the circuit board

guy talks about one super capacity, even though he is showing the 3 capacitors. he talks about the sup cap but he doesn't point it out, wonder why.

is that photo 15. The guy on utube said the super cap was on the circuit board . If the super cap is near the orange band , doesn't look as if its on the circuit board.

I have no idea where the super capacitor is housed in the pen. The guy on utube who showed the tear down on the pen was adamant it contained one.

the 3 capacitors look identical to me. Dutch may be able to clarify this with his tear down

I hope I am wrong but I feel the word Shortly relates to the infringements. I am wondering if the sentence in the rns was deliberately vague.

I understand what you mean but the word infringements is plural and the phrase"these respects" could relate to just the property infringements. The sentence has been very poorly written in the RNS. We will soon know.

The way the above RNS has been presented, it is difficult to pinpoint it which context the word shortly is written. It could relate to the whole sentence or just to property infringements.
