but I find it hard to believe that the placement was for some new order that has materialised over the last few weeks. More likely the placement has been on the cards for at least a few months.

Allenby should have been more forward thinking, they knew a placing was on the cards they must of known the TDK news was imminent. The placing should have happened straight after the TDK news when the sp was around 12p.

this could well be the procedure in a share placing. The question is how many investors hold more than 1% of the company,maybe not that many.

if you don't mind PC01. Kongats raised 1.5m Australian pounds. Was that the maximum he was asking for or less than he was asking for.

who agreed a price of 8.5p for the placing would be an idiot if he didn't have the informed information from the company as to why the sp should rise substantially in the future.

Knows the companies order book, he is not going to state in detail each order he needs to fill , that wouldn't make any sense.

direct sales to mean means -any direct sales from company to customer and not sales linked to the licence agreements, just my opinion.

Kongats stated in RNS what the money was going to be used for, we will need to wait until next half year results to confirm an increase in direct sales.

direct sales line to me means, a quicker production line is needed to keep up with supply.

this has to be a positive statement - "which will accelerate the expansion of our direct sales channels for supercapacitors".

It's quick enough for you to get that info on line, not sure why you are asking the question here. There is certain criteria a company needs to move to the main market, you van find that out yourself .

as expected but we needed something positive regarding imminent licenses. What happened to all the many companies showing an interest in cpx products and the expected signing of more licenses being talked about since last year by Kongats. The sp would have been more positive today if he had announced the new TDK license with todays results. I thought the forward looking part of the results to be quite flat.
