Same old word salad year after year. I have been holding shares in this company for 9 years plus and every year the company tries to hype up their progress. Truth is cpx is being kept afloat by their numerous placings. No point me selling at a big loss, so I continue to wait for a miracle to happen . None of us know why Cooley is buying into this company but he is not buying to make a loss.

Contract win means less to nothing without the financial figures to back up the company information. This lack of information from cpx is nothing new. Over the years they have regularly stated things like, we expect a 20% increase on last year, production is up on last year etc, but we are never given what the percentage really means. Until I am told differently by cpx , I believe this contract to be very minimal in monetary terms.

For me the key is , what is dr cooley's intention regarding cpx. There was nothing in the rns that was any different to the smoke and mirrors of the many previous years. They are hoping to break even by 2026, that is terrible. If I was cooley I would be looking to buy out this company and start over from scratch. I can't see any other reason why he would want to own 10% of the company.

todays rns very vague, did cpx win the case or not,

If only, I can't see anyone wanting to buy this company but I hope i'm wrong. There is no doubt skullduggery is going on in the background where the end point could be a buyout during administration. Again I hope i'm wrong.

Should be other way around, 1m shares at 0.5p or 250000 shares at 2p

I still don't understand why the placing price was so low. for example if an institutional investor agrees to spend say £200,000k on a placing , what difference does it make to him to have 1m shares at 2p or 250000 shares at 0.5p.

Mannan - if they don't start making a profit , I can't see their money lasting more than a year.

What incentive would the big investors have to want to take part in a placing. Not convinced the placing will be a success. Also someone stated previously the sp would need to be about 0.4p for cooley to break even.

Before the placing cpx hyped their share up from roughly 0.06 to around 0.3p. After hours the placing is announced at 0.1p. Firstly this manipulation stinks and secondly what is cooley's part in this.

I was wrong about a possible buyout by Cooley, which is disappointing. What exactly is his part in all this.

I think Cooley has already got his ducks in a row and if going down the partnership route, he already has this sorted. Good analysis flava.

Cooley bought his first block of shares (3%) in Sept 23, last week he bought his second block and now owes 11%. Most of us are waiting for news of a third block being bought and news of his plans moving forward, whatever they are.

Sold on 13th march, took their time putting out this news. More shares for the big buyers, Cooley and whoever else.

Aimless - any buyout offer would be voted on by all share-holders. Someone previously stated the offer can not be less than the highest share value reached over the previous year.
