Wyndrum. I posted on the 24th September that the results day could disappoint as they have on many occasions with boo. I was loudly decried as ye of little faith etc. A balanced viewpoint Is frowned upon on here unfortunately. I am on here to sometimes and very infrequently try and gather some usefull information. Your posts though are logical and well structured.
Snowman. I think I need to follow your advice and just dip in now and then. Yes he did take a kicking from Koovs and carrilion. But you are right the LSE boards are awash with this type of banter. I’m into Asos and boo and will be investing in BP in the future but feel they have still some way to fall butagoodlong term recovery stock.
Well steveknowsnothing, a very primitive response . Keep up with the conspiracy theory’s and mysterious shorters for ninety minutes. Your moniker is well named. Leave investing to the big boys old chap. You haven’t got a clue.
Very well said sir. The posters predicting the price now on an hourly basis.i.e. It’s 3.3o p.m. and trying to predict the price for 4.30! Come on ,get real. Posters on here with conspiracy theory’s, and others can’t understand the logic of what happened today. Well, if you can’t see what happened then I can’t teach you. Just read my post from the 24 th September. Back in the days of Jambon and he wasn’t everybody’s cup of tea but he would try and rationalise his thinking. As our friend said and it is quite funny, this lot on here couldn't predict a shower an hour after it started raining. I read these boards because once in a while you get a small nuggetof gold. But wading through Steveknowsnothing, kitty kitty and these other banal posts Makes me think that the gold rush isn’t gunna be found on the Boo LSE.
.
Kitty kitty. Why do you and these other buffoons try and predict the share price. You are wrong 99 percent of the time but still pluck figures from thin air with no substance whatsoever. It’s pointless ,repetitive and shows you know Jack about investing. You live in hope. I believe an earlier post that you wrote said you were pleased the sp dropped this morning as you could buy some more. God help us all. Read my post on the 24th and try and contain your idiotic comments
I wrote the second paragraph on the 24 September, check it out.I was shot down in flames by spicy. Apparently I wasn’t allowed an opinion if it differs from his
. ‘Everybody is feeling that it will shoot up next Wednesday. By rights it should do. But I have been here before. I am invested so hope it will but know that even if the results are great it could still come crashing down. It’s happened to boo several times in the past. Don’t put your house on it.‘.
Everybody is feeling that it will shoot up next Wednesday. By rights it should do. But I have been here before. I am invested so hope it will but know that even if the results are great it could still come crashing down. It’s happened to boo several times in the past. Don’t put your house on it.
Lol. You cannot believe this made up tat ,surely. Lots of greedy investors licking thier lips but the price could rise tomorrow but not because of this fake news. I bailed out today at 2.33. Just wanted to enjoy a bit of profit. Will be watching.
That’s because it is. Psquared have £360 million NOT 50 billion in funds. There stake in shorting boohoo is 20 million which is roughly eight or nine per cent. People power spouts absolute nonsense in his life’s mission to raise the price of boo. Just be wary of any ludicrous claims from him.
The article states that given the new rating 30P/e. And the less profitable new boo , values it at nearly twice the current price. The truth is no one really knows where this is heading. If you buy in just shut your eyes to the news for a few weeks.
The reason in my opinion To buy or not to buy shares in Boohoo is not about modern slavery links. I worked in the rag trade and believe me nearly all of the fast fashion companies are doing exactly the same, apart from Next who have a very ethical. Chairman in Simon Woolfson. We are all in it to make money and the current bad news about Boohoo will blow over. The real issue financially for private investors is this. Boohoo will find a way to circumvent this , probably by buying abroad and putting buffers between themselves and suppliers to stop this occurring again. But that is going to take time to arrange. For the foreseeable future Boohoo is going to suffer because the high valuation put on it P/E wise is not going to be able to deliver. Therefore the share price , which was riding on hope, optimism and incredible growth is not sustainable so the share price has to suffer.
The people that think it’s just going to come roaring back, because it always has done are not looking at the consequences of this. Boohoo has had a terrible beasting from the media about this but other companies are equally guilty and must be looking over their shoulders nervously. But Boohoo-has taken the brunt and has to reorganise their business.
Man alive. I filtered people power and like a nasty smell I am still getting his posts. He is the only poster I have ever filtered. I sometimes get a box come up saying it’s been filtered but some are still getting through. The guy is a moronic repetitive Buffoon full of hot air and bluster. And he makes things up.
Sirow08. Well they are in a pickle. Whatever you want to call it. The shares are cheap if you believe the company will survive which I do. I just get fed up with the political correctness clap trap that is endlessly spouted from the board, not just this company but nearly all of them. They fire people but thank them for a good job well done and they are leaving the company in a stronger position blah blah blah. It’s the world we live in. Full of empty platitudes and furtive dealings.
I see we have a John Barton joining the board. He is also he chair of easyjet. Sounds like jobs for the boys tbh. I couldn’t split my job between two companies so how can he do this effectively? He can’t. He will just take the money on offer and offer cursory guidance. The usual John has a wealth of experience clap trap was trotted out. Jesus, break the mould. Ted Baker is in a rut but this clown isn’t gunna save it.
My question about the short tracker was for the company Shadowfall. Not you as a private investor. Sorry for the misunderstanding
Anyone know how much Shadowfall put into shorting this? It’s not showing up on short tracker.
It’s a fair point. I think that their is uncertainty around this share at present due to the accounts. If they are to be believed and have not been manipulated then it is a definite buy as you would be buying into future growth. If they have been manipulated then you have got to be cautious. Sometimes I look at Boo and think it’s too good to be true. Polly peck,NMC, Enron etc. have all been down this route. Don’t ,please start saying de ramper etc. I think ,on balance though that Boo could be the shining star. Who knows? Not me or you.
Is it me or is people power a boring repetitive evangelist , peddling his one and only message. Gunna have to ,for the first time filter him. Can you imagine being stuck next to him at a dinner party, lol.
People power isn’t a paid ramper. No one in their right mind would pay this chump to try and lift the price. If anyone paid a ramper or de ramper they want some one with guile and cunning. Now people power where is this research you claim to have. Spurious claims people power come back to haunt you.
People power. No one is trying to get you to panic and sell. Now where is that research that you claim to have? Come on people power, share it with us.
