I'm new t this stock since the high. So 1 week nearly . so u may have said everything but people see the latest post and don't scroll from weeks ago.. I have read alot .this situation is a technical legal one ..not everyone can follow at t samr pace and understand the commercial technicalities.

Looking for dual listing on the London stocks. So UK can invest easily .. sorry I can't invest in fura which is a canadian stick as my platform doesn't offer .. . However the shell has considerable potential

@fysedow. Yes that's a great encouraging video .. You have t be bold and get in at the lows where companies have tremendous value in a market so undervalued for so long and the needs for its resources r plainly evident.

All those who have sold .. will have lost out as they get less share quotas upon buying at a higher entry ..so I advise to HOLD

Obviously they see alot of potential to be made .. and the market is due to upturn (bull run) where eventually the demand outstrips resources. The cyclical nature of this whole sector is due to move up.

We r on RLD s side .. so if fura gems is going up and buys us out then we become fura gems and the rise is good for us ?

. Will RLD have any say so over the future company or just have the mining expertise and be employees of fura gems?

will fura gems keep Richland resources in name or be gone and merged ? How does this affect RLD s side ?

Under the amended option agreement, the option fee payable by Fura to Richland is reduced from C$150,000 to C$25,000 while the cash consideration payable on completion of the acquisition is increased by C$125,000, plus an amount equal to the interest accrued to completion on a C$125,000 loan made to Richland by a third party, with that amount not to exceed C$3,000.

Fura also said it has issued an exercise, accepted by Richland, that includes an acknowledgement by Richland that the option fee is deemed to include payment of the C$100 exercise price.

Based in Toronto, Fura is gemstone mining and marketing company with emerald and ruby assets in Colombia and Mozambique, respectively.

The biggest mining area in Australia for sapphires of many colours .. a complete bargain At 1.3million.. it must have high operating costs for rld to have incurred debts so this company has t come up with novel and innovative extraction techniques

Either you have faith in fura gems who has the retail distribution side .. rld has the mines... It is a valuable resource the capricorn gemstones.. where else in t world can u find precious gemstones ?? Jewels markup is high and in the eye of the. Beholder so think of the potential value of such a company .. it is a rich resource ..that why they accept the debt. Because there is value

U know the trades are not accurate ..I never see my buys now as I did at the beginning on the trade list .. funny how we like t see that .. I don't know why. . I have noticed lse trades have been completely topsy turvy of late so not sure of they r having a technical issue... Lots of people rely on looking at the trades
