In regards to the community surrounding Ecr Envirocopper is hoping this to be their showcase 'invisible mine'. It will be in communication w the community . This technique is Low impact, environmentally friendly and low cost .

It doesn't actually state they r.. maybe thats in the rules of disposal etc , but it's out there for.some.time.that Fura is wanting a.London.listing and it's likely u would do.it as.an entirety.as.a.complete package rather than a brand new one. Maybe RLD has.something else.in.mind , but they want beneficial uplift too. This deal had to mutually benefit .
... u have t ask what is in it for RLD ? With anything u have to make Ur own assumptions .but pls follow your.own instinct as.t what t do .

Does Fura Inc need to have the ruby acquisitions first under its belt before it completes on RLDs.asset Acquisition ?
Is it to do with having t declare assets when the RTO comes 4 tax implications write offs etc when the RTO is applied 4?

Other things t consider is that t UK.market is very undervalued in comparison to our overseas rivals, making it a very attractive Investment opportunity so it in their interest to get this resolved sooner rather than later .

Why do u think the ruby assets have t be related to the sapphire project .. they r independent of one another ?

I guess RLD has t get it right before signing away it's.asset.. fura gems is getting a bargain.so rld has to have something in mind already.
I hope.RLD top legal team get t legal formalities and assurances in order .and r happy w t deal that works for their side .. fura gems has big vision and is pioneering w other companies to make stones identifiable as t its origin...so they will make it big if they get it right ..if the company promotes transparency in terms of retail aspects and is acquiring the world's precious stones then they have t follow t rules and be a transparent company .. there is too.much t loose here .. they will likely raise money and reverse into t shell.

Their pay should relate in commensurate balance to the sp surely .. that is common sense especially as this company is very cost cutting in the measures it takes.. also they should give more regular posts on progress or status held.. a good aim company posts out regularly which instills confidence.. I am.happy with this company but there is certainly room.for.improvement in regards t communication to its shareholders
