Just an update for everybody. We are seeking to obtain numbers for people wishing to attend the shareholder meeting, for all those who mailed the BHR SAC website you will soon get an e-mail looking to confirm your availability. Following which we will fix location and timing. Some important meetings have and are taking place so when we all meet there should be something substantive to discuss. In order to ensure only bona fide shareholders attend we will set certain criteria for attendance most likely the same as any attendance at an AGM. We will let everyone know pre-meeting.

Just to update everybody. Whilst statements regarding us starting behind the curve were obviously true back in December (Had to be expected given the 2 years the BOD had to plan their actions), they are certainly not true now, we are gaining traction on many fronts on a daily basis. Speculator 115, your comments have not gone un-noted as you claim, neither have other valuable postings to this and other bb's. The group is now to be regarded as BHR Action Committee as we are now a wider church of trusted individuals implementing various actions and undertaking initiatives on all fronts. We will very soon call a meeting of shareholders, dates and times to be finalised but we will endeavour to make it as accessible as possible. When publishing the date we will also publish the criteria for attendance to ensure only bona fide people are able to attend. Whilst we cannot give any assurances or hopes of a positive outcome of events we can certainly reiterate that we are doing all within our powers to recover some tangibles from the circumstances presented by management actions over the last months and years.

We are on it every hour of every day. When shareholders started this campaign we were a long way behind the curve given what has occurred over the last two years is no accident. We are quick learners and have the Reeboks on, and whilst at this moment we can't suggest a positive result, or in fact a negative one, whatever the outcome is it won't be for the lack of trying.. A+R+K+ Team.. ;+)

Just to let everyone know that meetings have taken place with the administrator, we also have others planned with regards to various other aspects of the company. For obvious legal reasons we are unable to disclose the contents of meetings until their disclosure is permitted. We would like to thank everybody for their patience and on-going support. Andy.

It will depend upon how many people sign up and the number of shares you hold, but essentially costs are shared.

gonch. Yes people have to sign up to a class action. A class action is taken out against named individuals against which you are seeking damages. (Pot 1 of money). Additionally there are the assets of the company to go after by other means, I won't expand at the moment, (Pot 2 of money). mike. What you say is very valid, hence we are keeping everything pretty tight until we are able to fully comprehend the contents of meetings with the administrators.

Hi all. We now have a meeting arranged with the administrators. Whilst we might not be publishing our intensions here, believe us when we say we are trying to cover all bases to recover something from what is now becoming a clear intension of management to sink the ship, or mug us off on the cheap. It's very evident this isn't about the meeting in December and the vote, or the meeting in September when their plan has hatched, this is about a two year mission for management to relieve private investors of their investment and the company of its assets.

We could use the "BHGG" bulletin board, no posts on it since Feb 2014.. What say everybody?? If we agree then we can post every morning where we will be in the event they close this bb so people are aware... Whilst there is still a lot of posting on here I don't think they will close it..

Good idea, but we need to find a share with a similar ticker but has no traffic, the Lloyds posters would get miffed if we fill their bb with off topic stuff.. We'll have a look and find one we can revert to if this one is closed.. ;+)

Regarding your earlier post, yes we are in touch with Leon Kaye, we have been for a little while, they are handling the Quindell class action. Thanks for the information and for your help. andy. :+)

They have been appointed by BHR as insolvency practitioners, they will either prove to be impartial or risk being voted out by us. The largest debtor, (Vitol), or a collection of debtors, (i.e.us) can remove them and re-appoint new administrators by a vote. My feeling would be they will act impartially given they know investigations of management are pending and a class action is in the wings. They will not risk the professional reputation of their company to save a couple of chancers from the guillotine. why would they.. !! We have furnished them with all information relating to management / auditor and nomad decisions. Even the hairdresser should be able to figure out he's a patsy.. !! Having just opened e-mails we have been invited to an initial meeting with the administrators on either Friday this week or Monday next. It would be good if we can widen out the action group to ensure democracy prevails amongst us, as has been previously requested. Representatives from the action group will attend but it would be highly desired if a long term holder / somebody who can bring something to the party is prepared to join the meeting, the only caveat being; Jones and Karstel, don't bother applying we think you have done enough.. The initial response we have from the administrators seems conducive to work with us. ;+)

Today the action committee had a very constructive on line meeting, we will publish what's happening as we implement them as now there is no need for secrecy in our actions, in fact it's just the opposite, actions need to be published unless of course there is any legal reason as to why we can not. This afternoon we have written to the administrators requesting a face to face meeting at which we will ask for a creditors meeting to be called at the earliest opportunity. All shareholders will be entitled to attend the creditors meeting. We have also furnished them with the contents of the Miningmx article so they are able to see the efforts we made to establish contact with BHR management to discuss funding proposals. Just now I had a long conversation with the industrial correspondent of the Times newspaper, we might well see an article in the Times tomorrow. Redbike has put a template below for everybody to contact the FCA and AIM regulators, please take a couple of minutes to do it, it's really important that we get as many complaints as possible registered. Jones made a comment to me at the end of the meeting in London saying the action group was just a load of whingers and shareholders will go quiet in 48 hours, oh how wrong is he...

Maybe there is a god in heaven as the administrator is based in Milton Keynes, do we know anybody who lives there?? ;+) So access to them for meetings will be easier for us than it will be for Jones and co. Regarding them attempting to sell the mine as a going concern, this is usual for assets to be sold, we now have to prove that MML is wholly owned by BHR limited, we have RNS's which clearly state this is the case. So whilst Vitol have first draw on the asset for their $10m any funds left will be dispersed between shareholders and creditors. We will seek a meeting with the administrator as soon as possible to clarify ownership of the mine. We have also instigated legal recourse and are now assessing costs of a class action, we will come back once we know something as to how we fund the class action or whether somebody will take it on a no win no fee basis. We will endeavour to call an EGM with the administrators so everybody has the chance to attend and put questions. Other things are also happening with regards to; the last company accounts, attempted vote rigging etc, whilst RK and JFJ think they will not have to answer for their actions, they will. If we proceed with a class action the action will be against them / their auditors personally, the nomads will most likely come under scrutiny too. The action group have a meeting scheduled for 2.30pm today following which we will update everybody on the next steps. Andy.
