Thank you. I have also chased Tim Thompson again.

Just heard back that it is not correct results being announced toorrow but he is hoping to be able to update us soon. Tim Thompson that is.

Just for reference I received a reply from Stephen Lunn back on 18/11/2024. I dont like to copy emails completely but an extract from his reply to me is below :-

'The Company will be making further announcements soon to update the shareholders , meantime  be assured I have hit the ground running and we are looking to be in a position to end the suspension of trading as soon as possible.'

As I say that was back on 18/11/2024

I have also had replies from David Lenigas before so tried contacting him again regarding the situation but no reply so far.

I really hope this returns to trading

Hi Newuncle. I am waiting to hear from Tim Thompson at moment but his last reply was Tuesday at 17.43 when he told me he would let me know what he found out. Perhaps you can try chasing as well

Very blunt RNS. Need more meat on the bones. Have asked Tim Thompson at investor relations to look into things.

Whether this will happen I am not sure

Had another reply from Tim Thompson

Asked if he had contacted Stephen Lunn directly.

His response was "Yes I have he is away"

Will post information if receive any further

Had email back from Tim Thompson.

"Simply states @I am in the dark as well"

That does not sound great to me. Stephen Lunn needs to put out another RNS

Just tried phoning Tim Thompson at investor relations. Got through and asked to speak about Pennpetro Energy.

The gentleman I spoke to told me Tim was in a meeting at present and it was best to send an email to the address as per RNSs

I have also emailed Tom Evans and Stephen Lunn without any successful reply recently.

However yesterday I did have a reply from Tim Thompson at investor relations.

He basically said they were aware of investors concerns and were working hard to get the shares re-listed.

However he stated that auditors work to their own time lines and wont be rushed. I did work as an Audit Manager for many years and it was always those clients who shouted loudest who were sorted first

I do hope PPP comes good and hopefully before Christmas

Many thanks for all your hard work. You say you have chased up Tom but he has not read you r message as yet. I have also tried email ing Me Tom Evans on email given via previous RNS 's . However they hav e been returned , stating delivery failed.

I did receive an email from investor relations today basically staying that auditors work to their own timescales and will not be rushed.

Hope accounts are filed soon and POP returns to trading

I have had contact via email with Tim Thompson - Investor relations, David Lenigas former Chairman and Stephen Lunn new Chairman. Each of the above have all replied to emails I have sent previously. Only general information received, but at least they have responded.

I have never had any response from Mr Tom Evans but I presume he is very busy at present

I realise there is some negativity regarding Mr Lenigas but when I have sent him questions regarding Pennpetro he has responded and normally quite quickly. Often do not get any response from companies even if you email investor relations.

Not saying he has given much away in responses but at least he has replied
