Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (the "Company") notes that Primorus Investments plc entered into a lock-in agreement with the Company, its nominated Adviser (Beaumont Cornish Limited) and its broker (Allenby Capital Limited) on 20 December 2024 in accordance with AIM Rule 7 pursuant to which it was restricted from selling its shares in the Issuer until at least 20 December 2025. The Company did not consent to this disposal.

Someone has made a big mistake. Could be very costly for them.

Will they have to buy back PR1 shares does anybody know the legal position ?

Many thanks for posting the letter.

Please thank all those concerned in its preparation.

The Board need to understand that one of the main roles of Directors is to act in shareholders best interests.

This has been sadly lacking to date.

I hope they take notice of such a well prepared letter

I'm not sure what to make of the reply.

If the paperwork is wrong it is a bad enough error.

However if the meeting is an AGM they are not providing the accounts by the look of things.

Is this just standard wording.

Maybe an EGM should be called as they are having problems understanding their obligations in sending correct paperwork to shareholders

The voting papers that I have received for Pennpetro Energy clearly say the Event is an AGM not a General Meeting.

If this is the case the accounts need to be prepared for this meeting.

If it is a General Meeting then a rather bad error has been made in preparing this voting paperwork.

A swift response to this very important matter would be appreciated.

Shareholders need to be aware if it is an AGM.
