A most amusing exchange. Riddler has said it as he sees it. Surely there can not be a PI left who hasn't worked PTV out. I have lost plenty here, (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B08bvTc3dHdgRWhBWXA1V3ZhU28) but if it has fallen to a new low whereby market mechanics can make money for somebody then so be it.
Your name made me feel quite Shakespearean. Maybe this will help (me)
“To ptv, or not to ptv: that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The ramps and deramps of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a BOD of troubles,
And by opposing end them? To buy: to sell;
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache of a thousand private investors
That failed to do their own research
Devoutly to be wished ptv to die, to sleep;
To sleep: perchance no more to dilute - ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of dilution what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this awful stock,
Must give us pause: there's the respect
Of warning others that they too will lose;
For who would bear the whips and scorns of time,
The market maker’s wrong, the proud man's contumely,
The pangs of despised profit, the law's delay,
The insolence of office and the spurns
That patient merit of the unworthy takes,
When he himself might his profit take
With a bare faced lie? who would profits bear,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after ptv,
The undiscover'd oil play from whose bourn
No traveller returns, puzzles the will
And makes us rather bear those stocks we have
Than fly to others that we know not of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all;
And thus the native hue of rns after rns
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprises of great pith and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry,
And lose the name of action.--Soft you now!
The fair OTT! Nymph, in thy orisons
Be all my sins remember'd!”
