Also worth noting the Data Room has been open to interested parties for months and months. Don't expect the seismic to be re-done. Given the rises here in the last few weeks I'm confident a deal is all but agreed.

Agreed Florida. Any delay is likely due to awaiting absolute confirmation from Bahamian Government. I'm expecting an extension to the exclusivity period and would expect that to signal commercial terms all but agreed. IMHO.

Really disappointed with the RNS yesterday. Genuinely thought UD2 was going to be great, they clearly knew this didn't perform a number of weeks ago but wanted to deliver the news with a number of other updates - this doesn't sit right with me.

Agreed. I'm expecting the mother of all RNS's of confirmation of a deal with major and execution of Heads of Terms.

Agreed Spike. I run a boutique M&A business and I’d be surprised if all agreed in 3 months. I’m fairly confident we will get a deal at the end of it and once confirmed I’d expect this to be a minimum of 10p.
