Just confirming you’re still holding your shares too?!

Does anyone know how long it will take for the shares to transfer to SEI so they can be traded?

I use IG and it hasn’t happened yet.

Nothing to discuss Brex. Next stop another deal with a super major and seismic completion. Then there will be a discussion….

GG is right, this is a gamble akin to a casino stock. Let's not make out it's anything else. They have a JV and Licenses but until Oil is produced in commercial quantaties it's a gamble, but imho it's a decent punt but nothing else. The upside here could be significant and equally we could end up back in the doldrums.

I have been in and out of this share a lot over the last decade, have a look at what happened in the Bahamas when it was a duster.

Seems the market has woken, great volumes continue and now a tight spread. Up 27% this week and 70% over last 4 weeks.

Explain how it can be priced in? This is a commercial transaction that has not yet completed, until it does formally complete it means nothing as we have seen in the past!

Unless I have missed something and they have actually given the Company the millions that the transaction suggests?

FWIW I actually believe this deal will get completed ands the seismic reprocessing will be expedited.

Oilriches has nailed it. This is all now a matter of time. You have an experienced energy investor in Charleston who has invested at a premium to current SP. Almost certainly more knowledgable than any of us retail investors.

Re-rate is incoming, follow the money....

JBT, In4: Thanks very much, I thought that was the case.

It makes perfect sense for a consolidation and reduce the shares in issue. This all looks to be gathering a bit of pace now and I'm tempted to add a few more shortly.

Anyone else considering similar?

Was there a specific RNS about consolidation? it said shareholders had voted, did I miss it?!

£1.5m unsecured is not insignificant, companies just don't do £1.5m unsecured unless they are confident on two things,

1) the money is coming back and

2) there is significant potential upside

As for a share consolidation, you'll never attract proper investment with this many shares in issue. IMO the consolidation is not alarming in the slightest.

I was also BPC and got burnt but speculatively picked up 2m shares yesterday. The JV is huge and a game changer imo. Happy to sit on these and see where they go. I guess my only reservation is current cash/burn or not etc.

Interesting to see what the next milestone is.....

When do we consolidate, is it next week?

As expected the funding round is complete. Full steam ahead and hopefully shuts up plenty on here who expected 0.25, the company to go bust etc etc.

Now time to prove up the Oil and consistent cashflow and income.

Let the restart formally commence.

I'd imagine this will tick up moving towards the 17th May and the current OO will be a slight discount to where the SP is. Just my opinion.
