I took a small punt on dvrg but understanding they had 3 cash calls last year so living hand to mouth and nearly 120m warrants and options outstanding so could very quickly have 1bn shares in issue to take any contract forward
Will be using similar technology. Do not be surprised if Carl reports a similar time at end of month. Breath test not setting the sp alight as it will be " sometime later in the year". Reckon we are still in front
If you are invested you should already know rammyleee. Its in the RNSs do your own research
Prepare for a lot more RNS like that one as there are nearly 120m warrants and options still to come which will raise only about £2m for the company. I still took a small punt last week
We do not need to fret about what to do TB will make the decision because he has most to gain.
uxm says it will take too long to manufacture does anybody remember how long it took to ramp up ventilator production and other breathing apatatus. uxm note from other RNS that specialist operators are not required. Get fact right.
If you believe then just hold and wait for the divi
Games again all the 3.89s were buys
At a reasonable price every doctors practice and hospital world wide will have one of these machines to test for sepsis. Two minute test will save millions of pounds and lives.
WOLF and Goldtrig can rant on forever but I will hold for gold
Why does everyone think big Pharma is going to buy this test. As I see it there is no chemicals required for the test. Put simply the saliva sample is passed through a light too see if there is a reaction. Why is big pharma required. It needs a big service industry company to produce the shoebox and manpower to do the test. Or am I missing something
fwiw my take on TB exercising his option was to take his holding past the 25% mark to twart an oportunistice takeover of all of BRH. Let's face it if an offer came in for £2.50p a share probably most on this bb would jump at it but that only values it at £100m, and far below the value TB knows it is worth. A holding of over 25% would block that as a 75% majority would be required for a takeover. Just my opinion
I am looking for two RMS tomorrow. The first at 7am to say the tests have all been completed successfully and the second at 4.30 to say TB has sold the Covid test for £500m and there will be a special dividend of £12 per share. Seems reasonable.
CP13 you should read the history of BHT. It started as an investment Co in Perth Scotland in 1997 to invest in spin offs from Glasgow Uni and progressed from there investing in all sorts. That was where the DCT connection came in with them base in Dundee. It was a long time later the base was transferred to England. You will find it all on Google
