Rahuls lower cost model as well as further asset sales when it makes sense should see the SP continue to rise. Do TLW need a RI is they can roll the debt. A RI doesnt sound like a 'conservative balance sheet' policy?

If you have a SIPP and get tax relief while working, come retirement and SIPP income drawdown, you will be taxed at the highest marginal rate applicable to you. Only death and taxes are certain. Timing the market, timing drawdown and minimising tax bills is a full time job :-)
