States individual gas fields can be ring fenced. Does this mean we can monetise in a series of chunks as we prove them up? Not sure what happens if it’s all one structure.

Seems to be a big chunk of cash for a CNG study.

Decent chunk for MOU drilling costs - which separately were linked to MOU4 - thought that was done and dusted - can we still fund 5 from this ?
