I read the same this morning- interesting that they are hopeful for funding coming through this coming week… as are we…. Something tied up between the two??

I sold out at the July RNS, having bought a very large sum at 40p - essentially lost it all.

Am I still eligible to join? I am assuming no, as I was not a current shareholder at the time administration was formally announced, but thought I’d ask the question anyway…

My understanding was the equity investor is hopefully on boarding at the end of Oct, following DD?

As for the recent placing- it was not made clear by the company that there was a new II?

But I will happily be told otherwise- very smokes and mirrors recent action it feels like

The thing against that is in July they said specifically they did not want to buy the whole company

FYI I called them - they just said there is no other info than as stated in that RNS. They will release more info as and when.

How long is this issue likely to drag on for? Ie until unsuspended?

The new shares were added today.

The mcap is not £800k, it is currently £4.109M to be precise, post the placing of new shares.

Apple stocks showing the correct mcap, Advfn is not

However, I am still not clear re the fact that the Potential Equity Investor is not completing due diligence until likely end of Oct.

In which case- issuing new shares of ~11M next week and ~112M later in Sept seems premature, as these will be traded by retail, and potentially not available for this investor, or, the due diligence fails and they pull out?

What am I missing here??

So the shares being issued on Monday, are a retail offering??

Can the new investor (80% owner), sell some of their shares straight away, or is that restricted?

Ie will this become instantly far more liquid?
