Well, everything crossed for a positive outcome for shareholders, however unlikely

I am concerned that the details of the ‘intention to appoint FRP’ RNS of 19/12/23, states that if a replacement NOMAD is not appointed within 1 month, then the suspended AIM shares will be cancelled.

The most recent RNS applies the extension to 19/01/24- ie the same date that our suspended shares will be cancelled.

Not that I was now expecting to see any of my shareholding returned here, but looking into it, it seems that by the technicalities of it it is not possible now in any respect.
