As some have explained, the judge has ordered work to continue as is with both parties paying costs for that work (even if arbitration is ongoing), if they stump up funds we have access to a large proportion of what we are owed (which means SP back to where it was before all this s*** kicked off)

Glad I got out above 0.2 but still at a loss. Its the lack of any pedigree the people have that always costs a business. These guy knew nothing about Enterprise Software Sales and it showed in lack of contracts.
