The buy / sell flag is misleading. 15.10.42 is a buy not a sell.

Currently can't buy more than 500k vol

It is worth, in my opinion, taking a scan of the Giyani Metals website. They are our neighbours at Kanye, 6km away, a quick scan of Google Maps and using the map in the Giyani PEA confirms this. In layman's terms they're just across the other side of the A2.

As you're probably aware your spreadsheet is getting loads of attention and its particularly helpful as the company don't publish a daily NAV.
I have requested a daily NAV to be published and have been assured it is something they are considering.

Would it be possible to request a couple of amendments to the spreadsheet ?
1. Make discount to NAV more prominent for example could you repeat it at the top of the spreadsheet near the share price ?
2. Could you give an implied Uranium spot price represented by the current share price in a similar position to (1) e.g. current share price = 428 equates to U at $54/lb assuming trading at NAV.
These first two requests are really to try and drive hope the value which can be offered from a discount to NAV to twitter community with potentially a short attention span...

3. This might be a bit more complex ... is there any way to build up a history of NAV at end of day so historical performance of SP against NAV could be tracked. For example create a record of the end of day NAV with corresponding U price and fx rate at the time the NAV record was written ?

I really this is a very cheeky request and feel at some stage I must owe you a pint !

Thank you very much for sharing this it looks like a lot of work and brainpower - I'm surprised by only 3.5 hours but you must have some natural skills to do it so quickly.
You've really left me hanging though without a conclusion but I can respect "leave them wanting more"

Those feasibility studies make very very very interesting reading.
$1.6bn NPV at the high end of the estimates but with unambitious assumptions on price of copper imho.

NPV of Jose Marie in Argentina was pre tax $2.4bn (discount rate 8% price of copper only $3/lb, gold $1500) and it was sold for $485M late last year. Note that Jose Marie NPV was calculated in Q4 2020 hence low prices for metals.
I don't know about infra at Mankayan but I doubt it can be any more challenging than at Jose Marie with high altitude challenges and significant geopolitical risk in Argentina. Hence the % NPV buy out of Jose at c20% may be reasonable to consider for Mankayan if there were a sale of the asset.

Theoretically valuating Mankayan at 20% of $1.6bn (high end NPV) = $320M and our share at 27.5% as $88M. Is there a potential buyer for the project ? I guess IDM International and the brains behind the outfit think so....

I wrote to them last week requesting the company to publish a formal daily NAV as done by many other investment trusts.

This is not to detract from the fab spreadsheet from Snooz but I believe this should be provided by the company and in the volatile nature of uranium spot it means the monthly reporting isn't adequate for investors or potential investors needs.

Please let us know how you get on with the ftse250 question and I'll also share any response to my suggestion.

There is s clause in the Sept 21 RNS providing protection to BZT against dilution.
The detail of the clause relates to the licence renewal.
I would be interested to know if the protection extends to development phase.
It may be worth enquiring further in future BAG or other interviews.

IDM international been essentially dormant since 2015. I'm sure they'll have a load of tax losses to utilise.
Difficult to find current shareholder list but back in 2015 Macquarie Bank was the main holder.

The spread is tight .1898 for my petty buy.
