Thanks James I think I was sat close to you during the presentation. $6-7m seems lower than descriptions provided recently by Colin in later interviews. The description is very much 23% of gold produced less production tax and cost of XTR own team on the ground - note I believe this team may be unchanged from current alluvial oversight team.
I'll send the interview link, time permitting, later. There have been other examples were their is ambiguity in RNS wording.

Hopefully we're on the cusp of discovering the answer as production comes in tap.

23% of production may be simplistic but it's fairly close as it appears revenue and c1 margin are rather close. Moz production tax seems to be borne by xtr

MMP equipment can process 42,000 tonnes p/m from 2020 annual report
Gold grade per reserves is 2.62g /t so should yield 110kg per month.
Colin states 90-120kg.
Lets take 100kg and Xtract get 23% so 23kg per month,
35.3oz per kg so c800oz which @ your selected gold price I'll choose $1850 is a tidy $1.5M
less costs of small on-site team to supervise and manage
less production tax and Moz corp tax (32%)
...well worth a rerate.
