So much effort this morning to talk ORPH down and yet silence when the price picks up.

Personally, I didn't read deepjoy's comments as a blatant deramp. He's entitled to share his thoughts and he's also entitled to review his thoughts and concerns on a daily/weekly basis.

At this precise moment those investors with cash brave enough to buy back into the market have a multitude of bargains with the potential for immediate returns. There is competition for investor cash atm.
Orph in real terms hasn't dropped that much in comparison to others. Those investors interested in taking a stake in Orph may consider - given the opportunities out there - that they have ample time to invest here.

We all know that Hvivo are busy - busier than previous years. We know that the concept of cross seliing between Hvivo and Venn actually works. We know that, thus far, Cathal has delivered on his words.

I expect further contract news late March to early April. I also expect further newsflow around coronavirus challenge study (and financing of study). While i expect the Flu-V to be offered and pushed (with focus on regulation path) i'm not sitting here waiting for news of Flu-V licensing or sale. If it happens, it happens.

The upside is that newsflow is likely to keep the price in some sort of sanity level before we either hit profitability (expected June 30th OR put out a deal/statement that can't be ignored.
Fortunately, there is unlikely to be a shortage of newsflow from contracts, overhang complete, discussions with Chinese, progress with covid-19 study, any talks or interest in flu-v etc etc

He wasn't suggesting 'he' was going to buy them out personally. He referred to bringing in II or putting together a consortium.
I've no doubt, given his background, he'll make it happen if it's at all possible during the current climate.
As you say, there are some value opportunties being created from the recent carnage.

I'd also point out that Orph business model is not covid-19 specific. Further contracts specific to the core business will underpin the strategy going forward. Covid-19 challenge study and the Flu-V vaccine offer potential upside and are shining a spot light on the overall business.
Cathal said that the quarantine clininc is full and has been full since January. It's this news and further contract that presents assurance to investors.

Yes, the timing is not good.
They're not the first and they wont be the last. Funding for small caps is going to be expensive or thin on the ground.
I hope John Shaw can secure the funding. The business has a future IMO.

I seldom regard those using words like pump, dump or idiot within their post as useful guides to investing.
