PadRock is correct.
IMO.
If ConserV Bioscience goes for a NASDAQ listing [which i believe it will] - the market will determine the value of its stake in Imutex FLU-v etc.
This alone will have a knock-on effect of presenting clearer guidance of the value of Orph's stake in Imutex.
No problem buying OR selling in quantity.
This AM, mopped up 2 x 60k of 'Invesco' stock @ 24.2 @ 24.22

Added 100k via a few trades this morning - 23.99 to 24.5
I expected SP to open above 25p.
Positive news through to March and continued investor interest in AUZ.
Agreed.
Once it breaks £6 [breaking the £5.70 to £6.00 band], there's not much stopping it from taking strength around £6.5, and that'll be post 11p dividend.

Agreed.
Although, prior to responding to calls for filing [which were answered this morning], it WAS a massive issue. It should never have occurred.
They will lodge an appeal against the notice and the notice will be dissolved.
But it's not helpful.
And so-called investors within this forum need to wake the ******* up and shut the ******* up
Most of you haven't a clue.
Investors need to
the very fact we're having this discussion is not a good reflection on the BoD.
No-one in their right mind invests in a Company with a strike-off notice pending. Period.
Great that i've guided them.
Poor show all round.
Filed three hrs after i phoned them.
Not a great supportive statement for their sense of corporate detail.
They will still have to appeal the notice.
And, if you don't see a strike-off notice as a cause for concern then you're a total fool.
more likely, over exposed.
In two months.... under the current notice [without successful appeal] ... all assets become the property of the Crown.
Is this something you would invest in?
Either GFIN is about to make a grand statement that benefits shareholders and stakeholders OR ... nothing.
Time is ticking.
Correct, it's due to late filing.
However, such is the late filing that GFIN have been awarded notice to strike-off.
You'd have to be a complete tool to ignore it.
It's not a NON-ISSUE.
It only becomes a non-issue when it's dealt with.
I'll put it this way. Who in their right mind would invest in a Company that had a first notice to strike-off against them? ZERO is the answer.
It's for the BoD to speak with investors OR ensure such a circumstance does not come to notice.
