I can't comment on past comms by the company, but they have been increasing revenue over the past 5 years, losses have been decreasing the past 4 years and the 2025FY revenue is about to increase a further 50% above 2024 levels and the company will post their first ever profit. That's got to be worth a rise in share price and some renewed investor interest.

UK small cap tech companies have had a horrendous 36 months so any company not making a profit have had their share price decimated.

Different exchange, but it can take over two and a half years to get a listing on the ASX which is a highly organised and popular exchange.

Trading in A2X was only available from today. Investors need to email in to place an order so presumably it needs to be worked by a broker hence not expecting trades to be displayed in the first few hours of trading.

Actually it was possible to buy previously but there was no liquidity and a trade would take two weeks to go through we were told which nobody would go for hence this long wait for the mechanism to be in place for faster trade execution.

The trend looks good though, continued increased contracts and revenues with scope for more and any other.. seems like here good RNS's are like pepper-shots, few and far between but when the land they can really spice things up.

the idiot does not realise this is tech company which is growing it's revenue year on year and this year will be the 4th consecutive yearly increase.

the company will increase revenue again for the next fy ending 30/04/2026 , making it 5 consecutive years.

siemens has valued each furnace at roughly $2m ,which values the company significantly more than $348m.

Paying capital gains tax on the profit from the 700k sale and using the rest of the proceeds to exercise warrants increasing his shareholding by 190k shares.

Cost to convert all = £222 445

Income from selling 700k = £259 000

Profit on the 700k = £84000

Think rate is 28% = £23 520

So income from selling the shares does just about cover the cost of converting and the tax on the 700k so he has effectively used it to net himself 190k shares at no cost

Not sure what the gross margin will be once the processing plant is online, I think around 23% was mentioned. This could improve if the average grade is higher than initially thought.

Just a little warning on the current market cap, there are around 80m shares or around 1/3 of the total shares not allocated to AUO yet so the market cap at some point will increase a little once these shares are issued. Then there are a further 20m warrants at 4p

They are bonanza samples of the stockpiles. There were previous geo surveys carried out which returned over 3% average grade including samples taken outside the mineralised zone.

The average grade in the ground (which is the fugure noted in the post below of other mines) is yet to be determined as Marula haven't drilled Kinusi yet. Drilling is due to commence along side phase 1 commissioning.

The mine was previously an artisinal mine and then original company are still a 30% partner so they know the material can be mined and sold.

They are currently removing high grade material by hand from pit 4 which has the high grade material easily accessible.

In order to commence bulk mining, they need the production plant built and drilling completed.

Luckily there is more than enough high grade copper to satisfy both scenarios, hand mining and bulk mining.

The interm results accompanied the amazing Siemes news so tempered any rise. Old frustrated holders likely exited with the new liquidity and new holders were only enough to rise the price by 20%.

The company is now in a position where it is expecting £5m profit this FY up to end of April compared to maybe a £5m loss previously so the fundamentals have totally flipped. Unfortunately the UK small cap sector is on its knees and institutions never buy on the day of an RNS so this will likely start to climb over the coming weeks as institutions start to build positions gradually.
