Recent placing was 18m but could be in sticky hands as all one institution.

So an overhang of 28 to 46m to churn. Volume last 3 trading day as posted by Shouston yesterday

Assuming it is only the warrants being churned and the norm is between 3x and 4x churn to get rid of overhang, the 28m has seen 3x the volume and another few sessions should see that gone completely. Some large trades together suggest either large blocks of warrants being exercised (which should generate a warrant RNS) or large placing sales. Anyone know if there were large numbers of 2p warrants issued to single parties earlier in the year?

I notice that EMH, European metals holdings, market cap £20m only own 49% of their lithium project.

The announcement of EU strategic project status was announced in March and a month after they were awarded a $36m grant from the EU fund conditional on environmental assessment being approved. (GROC already have such an assessment in place I believe, with BB rating)

Their project had an NPV of $1.1b when lithium carbonate prices were $17,000/t back in 2022

Capital cost to build their plant was over $600m

Lithium carbonate is currently around $8000/ton so that NOV figure has potentially halved or worse, EMH own half the project yet the project still in line for a $36m grant and EMH market cap is £20m

The thing that puts Greenroc apart is,

>downstream processing- if successful they will own the IP or part of and have their own downstream processing plant where the spherical graphite can be sold to Europe for $7-8000 per ton instead of the 96% graphite ore which is only worth $700 per ton.

What will be interesting is the level of funding issued and how quickly. Further studies are required but we may find that the Capex and Opex can be reduced in further studies which will improve the NPV - also should graphite prices improve as they are in the doldrums right now, the NPV figures posted here over the last few days can be even further improved on.

This implys that 10.28m shares was issued to AUO directly in 2024 without CMC broker involvement

Then last week a further 10.5m was issued so that's 20.78m potentially held by AUO

They got £618k from Jason and related parties last week

Had they already sold the existing 10.28m issued in 2024 over the last 6-9 months? Will they sell the subsequent 10.5m now they hold them? I'm really not sure. Depends how lucrative AUO's new ventures is and how much confidence they have that Marula will start paying near term dividends.

My guess is they haven't sold any of the 10.28m or the newly issued 10.5m but without Jason able/willing to give a straight answer and no TR-1's, it's impossible to tell. The 33m odd AOU tranches issued via CMC more refently appear to definitely have been sold according to person's on telegram who have been watching the daily buy vs sell volume for the last 8+ months

tungsten price = $335 per dry metric ton, project capable of producing 70% tungsten using tomra and rados so that's $23,450/t

so lithium, feldspars, coltan (tantalum), mica, lepidolite, quartz, garnet, berylium and tungsten

9 minerals not 10, sorry. and none of them require a very complicated flowsheet. it would be perfectly feasible to start sorting out jist the highest value products (coltan, beryllium and tungsten) using the tomra and rados and stockpile the rest to be processed later on once a larger processing plant is built.

now you can maybe see why the cpr and jorc basket of minerals is taking a little while to be released.

just as well we have 2 other projects now selling manganese and copper, both high grade and at surface with licences to mine, export and with offtake partners either in place or currently being negotiated. ££££££££

They have purchased licences to tungsten mines nearby

They plan to install a heap leaching plant to produce lithium sulphate under a JV with an asian battery/metals producer

They now intend to process the full suite of minerals which could be 10+ minerals up from the original 3 hence the need for "additional sample analysis of 1,273 samples"

There is a planned 20MW solar power plant to consider which will also supply power to the nearby uranium mine owned by Neo Metals
